Overpriced, very little selection of nails colors, pedicurist didn't clip my nails or ask what I wanted - left my toenails long. My friend's pedicure was splotchy and her cuticles were painted over. Facial (humidifier) water was not changed in between facials. Oh, and the contemporary Christian music playing is not for everyone. Staff was polite, but it wasn't enough to save this experience.
I received a gift certificate for Christmas from "Devine Culture" boutique located within Belle Ami salon. Being my first visit to the salon, I was quite impressed with the cleanliness and fabulous customer service I received as soon as I opened the door. The sales person in the boutique was very energetic and welcoming. She did a great job handling me and 2 other customers that were in there shopping that day. She was not pushy or over bearing, and You could tell that she really enjoyed her job.
I have been back to the salon since that initial visit and have not received nothing but top notch customer service!
I would recommend this salon/boutique to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and worry free shopping experience.
I made an appointment for my mom and I while I was visiting from out of town so we could do something she enjoyed and spend time together.
I signed up for two "Specials" for Valentine's Day. I got a 50 minute massage and my mom got a facial, then we both got manicure and pedicure's.
The massage was okay at best. The girl had her cell phone in her pocket and it constantly buzzed during the massage, it was worst when she decided to rub (rub is best i can use to explain due to lack of pressure) my back and her phone was right in my ear.
Once we got to the manicure and pedicure my mother and I were both less then pleased. The girl who worked on me spent more time talking about her cloths and playing with her hair then anything, and i left there with my nails looking worse then when I walked in. She filed them and then used then sander on then. No buffing or smoothing them out and my cuticles looked the same as they did prior. Same for the pedicure. I had to go home and fix them.
The woman who worked on my mom took her time and did a nice nail color. But at the end we were both less then pleased with the over all experience. And on top of it all they over charged and didn't charge the right price for the specials. I certainly wasn't a $330.00 experience.
I hate to be negative about it, but it was just less then pleasing for the price. The place is cute, nice option of things to buy, clean and well kept, and over all the staff was pretty nice. It looks like they do a wide variety of things from manicures, pedicures, hair cuts, massage, facials and so on. But in the end I wouldn't choose to go back there.
I had my haircut by ally, I believe her name was. She has blonde hair ! But I was nervous at first, because we only had 20 minutes to do my hair because I needed to be somewhere. She worked WONDERFULLY!! she cut it beautifully, and it’s growing out exactly how I want it!! I’ve definitely found the stylist that I have been searching for! Thank you!
My experience has always been nothing less than perfect! The stylists there always take their time & leave me feeling pampered each time I am there. I also take my daughters there for their cuts & they do an awesome job on my wiggly two girls. The staff are always accommodating to each of our needs & a pleasure to be around.
I have been going to Belle Ame for years and have never disappointed! The girls go the extra mile to make sure your experience is one you'll never forget. If you're looking for a place to be pampered and spoiled then you should make your appointment at Belle Ame!! Find a fabulous outfit for your fabulous hair at Divine Culture inside the salon!
BEST SALON in Tupelo! Have been going to Belle Ame for years. Great stylists that go the extra mile to provide excellent service. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Have also picked up quite a few fabulous pieces of clothing and jewelry for my daughter from Divine Culture Boutique at super reasonable prices.
My 60 min. massage was cut short to 50 mins. Also, my 60 min. facial was cut short to 47 mins. During the facial, they left me for 30 mins during the facial, so I could "relax." Excuse me?? NO! I have had many facials where they are constantly there and actually suited the facial to my skin care needs. At Belle Ame, they did not do anything of the sort. I will never be going back to Belle Ame!
