ALWAYS, always very pleased to say the least. Amazing people & service. I have never had a bad experience @ this salon. Whether it's a pedicure, my nails or, any other service. Tommy and Annie are great, and all of their employees are awesome too! If there was a 10 ⭐option,✋ ⬇️ (hands down) they would get it. I just recently got my nails done here, around a week ago. I happen to break one & knowing they’re not open on Tuesday. I called Wednesday (today). I was told they’re completely booked until Friday. Understandable but for someone who just went & spent $ to get a full service (mani & pedi) who is now calling to have 1 nail repaired, & being told no is just rediculous I’ve run into this a lot w other nail places but to be treated like my $10-20 to repair wasn’t enough for their time just makes me not ever want to come back.
Bad costumer service.
I’ve been a customer of Annie’s for almost 17 years. She’s always done beautiful work and she’s always been very friendly and professional. Anytime I’ve been in a hurry and gone somewhere else I’ve been disappointed. They truly are the best in town!
