This has to be one of the best pizzas I have EVER had. After living on the east coast and all the Italian owned pizza places... this place beats them all. From the cheese and pepperoni to the almost buttery tasting crust, the entire thing was amazing. I like to try different pizza places in ever city and this one is one of my all time best. Definitely will get this when I'm in the St. Louis/ St. Charles area.
I’m so DISAPPOINTED right now smh! I just had the WORST experience with this place. I didn’t know they didn’t deliver, they don’t care about the door dash orders even though they take them. If I would’ve known my order was going to be miss handled like that I never would’ve ever ordered. The guy delivered my food to the wrong address and just sat it on the ground he said and left, like I believe that mess. But Dennis didn’t even call like I requested and I specifically said “Hand the food to me, don’t leave it! The sad part is the lady answered the phone said “ we don’t have nothing to do with that! And the way she said it was just outrageous but they don’t have to worry about us again after we’re steady customers. I wish them the best but Never again dine in or carry out we’re done!
Make sure you bring a pillow & blanket because you’ll want to take a nap after filling up on all of this goodness! We ordered the 10” one topping pizza special & you just can’t beat that price! We also had garlic cheese bread, buffalo & garlic parm wings, a spicy chicken bacon ranch grinder, and cheese fries. WHEW!! From the door, Heather was super nice & courteous! I had my boys with me and it was their first time so I offered to let the guest behind us go first. Heather said, “You’re just as important.” Which was really kind. She then walked through the menu with us. Top tier customer service!
And make sure you get the wings “Scott’s way!” It was my first time with the wings and Scott definitely made it with love. The wings were both crispy yet juicy & tender at the same time! It’s an art. He also stopped by the table to make sure everything was okay.
They bring the food from the oven to your table so you get everything while it’s still hot! We ordered so much, that worked perfectly for us. My grinder was OVERFLOWING with ingredients! This will be our go to spot for premovie meals! Be sure to sign up for their loyalty program.
I ordered Doordash. The dasher and restaurant forgot my salad, so I called the store because they were literally about to close, and I was one entree short on my order. The manager, Scott (I believe that's his name) knew immediately why I called and then offered to bring me the missing food at my house! Now that is EXCELLENT Customer service! Talk about going above and beyond! Me and my family will be ordering Bellacino's much more often. Thank you!
My husband and I ordered an 8" pizza, garlic bread, and cajun cheese fries to share. All of our food was really good! My only complaint is that the dining area was dirty. Every empty table I saw was still dirty (and there were only 2 other guests dining in). The arcade games were neat. Would be a good place for kids. Employees were very nice. Despite the dirty tables, we would eat here again!
I have to say how awesome you guys are! I called in an order today for me and a co-worker. I was told 15 min was there to pick it up within 10 mins and it was ready. I have never had an issue, customer service has always been great, even when I called back in because my order was wrong. There was zero push back as I explained what happened. The lady was very surprised as to how the mix up could have happened, but nonetheless gave me no push back on the refund. I was genuinely upset that I didn't get my Chicago grinder too, its so good. I wasn't sure what I got but it had what I thought was mayo on it and I wouldn't eat it. A little while after I got off the phone my co-worker came back up to me and said she thought she had ate my sandwich. She had complained that she didn't like hers and said it had jalapeños on it. I looked at what she ate, it was my steak grinder with BELL PEPPER on it. I'm not sure why she ate almost all of it if she didn't like it, but I'm embarrassed and ashamed that I was refunded for our screw up. I truly don't know how someone could mistake a spicy chicken bacon & ranch for a steak but... it happened. I will be calling back to pay as soon as I can tomorrow. I'm so sorry!
The buffalo chicken sandwich I had was absolutely outstanding! The ingredients were fresh, the bread had fresh flavor, the buffalo sauce flavoring was an undertone not an overtone so it had flavor and heat but didn't choke you out. The portion size was awesome for the pricing. The people working there were normal happy people, no sad faces milling about because they were busy taking care of people with good personality. I wish I still had one by the house this is the perfect place to go eat and not get beat up by the price or the service. Glowing recommendation given!
Absolutely amazing pizza and the grinder seemed good, but my order for extra sauerkraut somehow became no sauerkraut and no thousand island ???? ng it dry and lacking in flavor.
