I love this clinic. Ive been going here since i was 17, I’ve never had any issues. To the people complaining about the front desk people. Ive never had issues with them. Yes most of the time they are busy on the phone but as soon as they hang up they always greet me and so on. Every doctor that I've had are very nice and always hear what i have to say and always help me out. And I’ve always gotten women doctors which is a plus. Most of the time people review places when they have a bad experience, so thats gonna naturally out way the good. I think this place deserves a better rating.
Luis Marquez, FNP and his nurse Hope are wonderful. They really care about their patients and attentive to their needs. He has been wonderful with my parent’s care!
Don’t go if You care about Your health and wellbeing because they don’t. They said they had put a referral through for me to see a specialist. I waited a week never heard from them so I had to call the specialist and they never got the referral. So I went back to Bella Vida they said they re-sent it and had gotten a confirmation. It’s is now three months I found out they lied and had to do a self referral through the specialist myself . Makes me wonder why they even billed my insurance I doubt they even did anything makes me wonder if they even really sent my bloodwork or anything to the labs. Seriously just take the 30 minute drive to see a Professional.

I'm posting this because how can you have someone that has to go through school to be an MA much less a CMA and you offer 14hr? Ridiculous and most certainly insulting. 14hr should be for rooming patients only and nothing else. No EKG, phlebotomy or anything else ect... You all should be ashamed to even post this.
Do not give this place business. Upon walking into this location, I was not greeted or acknowledged. The women sitting at the front desk were rude and extremely unwelcoming. I just accepted that maybe they were having a bad day. I was disappointed to find out that the nurses and doctor were the same. After voicing my concerns, I was met with apathy. Most of my hour and a half long appointment was filled with waiting and when I was speaking with providers I felt rushed and unheard. Nobody should feel uncomfortable with healthcare providers and it was disheartening to say the least.
I give it a one only because the desk was polite and pleasant. I went in for a CDL-A driver health evaluation, a useless test the state requires of me to keep my certification. 175.00 dollars and 2hrs later for a test that they take my blood pressure, have me read lines grab my nuts and make me cough ( a 10 minute evaluation max). 2hrs 175.00 for nothing. I would be okay if they signed the paperwork on email and charged me the price.
Edited 3 years later: I just received two letters from a collection company saying I owe $70 for two appointment at Bella Vida. I was never contacted and I have no idea what these are for. I literally got no help for my health issues and I'm still dealing with them after three years.
Originally I loved my appointment when I went, the doctor seemed like she wanted to find out the problem. Two weeks later and dozens of phone calls later, I still have not had my lab results. Every time I call I'm told "She should call you soon". This place would have had a 5 star review if they could actually do what they say.
