A surprising hidden gem. Pizza was top-notch. Great crust and sauce. Their wings comes down to a matter of preference. I like crispy wings with a layer of sauce, their's are more the soggy style of wing (photo for reference). Still a 5/5 overall because of their pizza quality.
First thing I gotta say, is this pizzas is a 8.9 the crust was amazing. You can dip it in some garlic, butter, it definitely Pass the flop test. This is the real deal. Very filling will be coming back here to try out the garlic knots in the Bronx meat lovers. This place is definitely a spot you gonna have to try if you’re from New York. Hands down
Really a Gem. My baked Ziti was excellent. Meatballs were amazing. My dinner would have been measured in pounds not ounces. Portions were generous and gigantic. Who would have thought food could be so good from inside a gas station/convenience store? Bella's proves one thing-you can't judge this book by its cover. I'll be back soon.
Not too thrilled. Husband and I are on the truck and wanted pizza. Changed out minds to a calzone after reading reviews.The gal on the phone had to have been new because she had to ask someone everything I asked her and barely spoke up enough to hear her. Ordered the chicken rolls and they were so hard you couldn't bite into them. The tomatoes on the salad were cut at least 2 days ago. When I cut into the calzone... a very wet clear liquid came out of it. Tore off the top and well I am posting the photo. Saddest part is the cheesecake was best tasting thing and was store bought not made here. What a waste.
We've ordered here before and it's always been good so that's the only reason I have 2 stars abd not 1. But tonight I was so disappointed. I ordered a pizza with bacon, onions, and spinach. The spinach was frozen chopped spinach, not fresh baby spinach as you'd expect. Was so bitter and ruined the pizza. When I called he said no one else has complained and didn't offer to do anything. Who uses frozen Chopped spinach on a freshly made pizza? Ughh.
Friendly staff , very clean , awesome chicken ???? wings , and The spaghetti with meatballs are the most exquisite and tasty. Reasonable prices and big parking lot ????️ 18 wheelers welcome ????
From start to finish the experience was bad. Their phone quality is awful and so is the service. The girl who took my order got my address wrong, plus I could barely hear her. We get our pizzas and the Bronx meat lovers is soapy, the sausage is probably spoiled or just really poor cleaning standards in the kitchen. But it made my husband sick immediately. Called to talk to Carlos. He was incredibly rude and argumentative and then hung up on me. Save yourself time and money, don't order from here. I honestly feel so bad for the delivery driver, he seemed very nice. Also looking at my recipe and the menu, they charged me $2 more for a large chef salad.
We tried Bella’s for the first time last night after seeing a recommendation on Nextdoor for their pizza. And the pizza was great! We will definitely come back for more. However, we decided to try the wings as well and we couldn’t even eat them. They were not crispy at all. They were not tossed in bbq sauce but just topped with it which did not cover all the wings, especially the ones on the bottom. We still look forward to more pizza & trying other things.
Updated 3-29-23. Unfortunately I had to take a star away. We tried Bellas for a 2nd time recently. The pizza wasn’t as good as the first time. Finding the hit or miss issue with other pizza as well so that didn’t really take the star away. I deducted a star for the very runny marinara sauce that we were given for our garlic knots. We had even purchased an extra marinara before knowing how runny it is just to have to throw it away. That is 2 things we couldn’t eat now. The wings on the first visit then the marinara on the second. Won’t be trying Bellas again for a while if at all.
