When first walking in my thought was there's a celebration of some sort going on. Little to our surprise there was no party once we were seated. Tables are awkwardly placed inches from each other leaving no room for any privacy to have a conversation with your party. Prepare yourself to keep asking for the same thing multiple times, appetizers won’t come out at the same time. Food was alright but honestly not worth the wait and service. Staff became more involved with gossip once another patron left after speaking up as they had been there for 2 hours and no food than with the others that were still waiting for their food or drinks. Shocked there was not an apology from the waiter or owner but only raised voices and not accepting any blame for the wait but blaming the patron for the confusion.
This place is ridiculous. The staff were so rude the whole time like talking down to people I was so close to freaking out. If you don't like your Job then don't work it. In my opinion this place should be closed and not reopened ever. Worst resturant I've gone to. The food !? Lol not good at all. It was so bland had no flavor at all. The Alcohol beverages !! They were a joke tasted like toilet water barely any alcohol in the drinks. So on that note I'll never come to this place ever again. Worst experience terrible staff and just all around terrible
Terrible food and service, asked for a steak a sao miguel rice was SPOILED and smelling bad complained to the waitress and nothing was done.
Never going back or recommending to anybody what a joke of restaurant it's embarrassing to call it a portuguese restaurant.
It was my first time and definitely last time going there. Went inside at 12:30 and waited an hour just for the soupas. For the waitress to come after an hour saying the appetizer that was ordered at the beginning is now on its way. Then the waitress proceeds to say the food didn’t start yet after waiting 2 hours.
The service was horrible, The owner of the place was terrible and i’ll never step foot inside that place again!!
We came here tonight for our anniversary, they has music and a buffet as well as their full menu. We had the dinner for two. Food was perfect and the waiter was very nice and polite, fast and attentive. Perfect experience. Nice inside. Great wine. The dinner for two was priced very well. And the goat cheese was super fresh and very big servings. Bread to the table right away. Out of all the nice Portuguese restaurants in Fall River, I put this one on the top of my list! Quality and quantity!
I went to the other restaurant and I can’t complain now they moved here and I followed them food is so delicious and Service is amazing It’s my favorite restaurant in Fall River
If i could give 0 i would , customer service was terrible waitresses were very rude. We had a party they were very unorganized they rushed the food , an the food was not good at all.
Love the food and environment, steak plate always cooked perfect . Pork and little necks is enough for two meals . We don’t speak or understand Portuguese but absolutely love the DJ and dancing, Buffet is delicious as is the mixed kabobs . Desserts and best cappuccino.
Never a bad meal always a good time!
Update 4 years later…. New owners very friendly, food is wonderful entertainment continues . Welcoming environment. Delicious espresso
