We enjoyed our meal here. The food was very fresh. The portion sizes were a good size and prices were decent. Our only complaint was that there was a service fee added to our bill. Upon inquiring about this, we were informed that that is an additional fee if paying by credit card and if you pay by cash, the amount is removed. We paid by cash but was still charged the service fee.
They have a big bar area, lots of tv showing various sports, very well priced beer flights, and reasonably good food. I went as part of restaurant week. The chicken and egg noodle dish was excellent, like comfort food. The pizza was a bit forgettable but the desserts were remarkably good. The ambience makes it feel like more of a family place.

This was a fun place to eat. The fireplace was really cool. We ordered the really cheesy barrel fries as an appetizer. Delicious! The original BB pizza with pepperoni and bacon was so good.
Deep dish pizza offered on the menu at deep dish pizza price. However, this is not a true deep dish pizza. Not great. Service was fine, but didn't refill drinks often enough. If you are going to call something a deep dish pizza, then the expectation is to get a classic deep dish, not something which isn't what it has claimed to be. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to faulty descriptions of the food they claim to serve.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They started by seating us without enough seats for our party. No attempt to accommodate us, they asked that a couple of members from our party sit at another table. If you don't have the seats just say so
We saw an empty table and attempted to join it but another server needed it. We were happy to put the table back without the rude and disrespectful lecturing from one of the other staff. She was impolite and speaking to us as if we weren't paying customers just trying to enjoy a meal.
Our server interrupted us blessing our food to ask who's drink was whose. At no point did he recall who had ordered what drinks or entrees. An all around terrible experience. The food was just okay. And the booster seats were very difficult to move.
Stopped by for a quick dinner. Very pleased with the interior of the restaurant. It was very warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and got us seated in under a minute. The food was spot on. We got pizza and a few appetizers. Portions and prices were on point. If you are at Easton, swing by and give them a try.
Today I had the opportunity to celebrate my birthday and my sister's retirement. Of course I chose Beer Barrel Pizza and Grill located at 3993 Morse Road at Easton in Columbus, Ohio. I love to eat her. The staff and General Manager: Jessica are just amazing! Because of their wonderful personalities and detail for perfection, I come here often and I am always impressed with their customer service. This restaurant is my favorite and I bring my family there for our special occasions. I even take my out of town guest there too because I know they are going to get the best service and delicious food options. GM Jessica is always friendly and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is satisfied with their menu options. I wish more restaurants were managed like this one. It is really the place to be in regards to service, quality and price. Thanks Jessica and staff for your detail to service and friendliness.
