$17 for a fry and ' big beef ' with a few slices of meet is crazy. Enjoy the money I won't be back ever again ????
I just left and spent 14 + on food, the mints was sitting on the counter and I got a mint and the manager came a snatched the rest of the mints off the counter. I know if I spent $14.00 I can get a mint. She didn't say a word either (RUDENESS AT ITS BEST)
I like Beef a Roo quite a bit. Great tasting food for most of the time I've gone. Their onion rings are one of my favorites and I'm happy with their burgers and fries are some golden goodness.
What I am continually unhappy with are their salads. They have some great options to choose from, I really like their Santa Fe Chicken salad and good toppings selection.
What I get time and again is brown wilted lettuce like what I pulled out on the left that shouldn't be served. If this were a one off, I wouldn't leave this review, but it's probably more than fifty percent of the time I can't just dive in without checking it first. I want to see some quality control put in place, because this makes something that has great flavor become very unappetizing.
The additional problem of the day was I was asked if I wanted salsa, sour cream or avocado. I asked for the salsa. They put avocado on instead, were kind enough to take it off, but still left me with no salsa and I had already driven off.
Their drive thru at this particular location is hard to navigate as well as they have 2 entrances to the same line and you have to hope the other customers will choose to be polite and go in proper order, or you may find yourself waiting for some time.
I used to get very poor customer service from this location and I initially gave them three stars. But lately the customer service seems to have improved. The food is good, except for that half of grilled cheese sandwich that's supposed to be a whole. And if you're looking for a fast food option thats vegetarian or vegan, you may have to tweak some things but you can find that here.
Waited over 20 minutes for our food while dining in. Only 3 other tables eating in the whole place. Watched the lady take my burger off the tray and put it in the microwave because it had been sitting so long. The place has went down hill since it was sold.
For a quick, fast-food place, it was really good. We were in and pretty quickly with 2 kids. The interior is modern and decorated nicely. Some of the surrounding neighborhoods seem a bit sketchy, but I think the food was worth it.
That is the worst chopped salad I have evr gotten from you. Chicken was cooked and stored cold so it was greasy and cold on the salad. Tortellini had white “spots” of fur on then and were dry as hell. Definitely not the freshness and quality I am used to from you guys. I threw it out. $10 down the drain.
The beef is better than most but certainly no Luke's or Portillo's. However, the hamburgers and cheeseburgers are to die for. Recommended.
