Not reliable at all. Literally got an attitude with my person that takes care of me on the phone because she had to call two weeks in a row. My social worker set up this ride service and they’re not even getting the rides here so don’t go with the service I advise you not to.
Was late picking me up and THEN. Proceeded to sit in my driveway and fill out paperwork while I told him on the phone I’m going to be late and he said hill be there I 10 min and it took him 14 mins on yeah i counted it I’m 12 mins late to my appointment
They have been late. But the people driving are always nice and polite. They need to do a better job of getting people on time to where they go
Worst taxi service. Unless you wanted to get stranded. Highly don't recommend lol
Very quick service-no wait at all. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Nice conversation made it a good experience.
Driver of unit number 18 cut me off, merging into my lane to take the next turn, only turning on his blinker after already changing lanes. Called the company not even a minute after it happened and the lady who picked up had already heard and was extremely rude, saying that I sped up and they had a witness. Driver did not have there blinker on until they were in my lane. All she said was we’ll talk to him once again in a rude tone.
Today, I had Ram as my driver. He was excellent. I also had Peter as my return driver. I would recommend both of them.
Called 4 times, over a 5 hr period about a cab, kept lying about the taxi being on its way. Acted as if I was bothering them with my business. Will never use this taxi company again. Lamest, slowest , and most incompetent taxi service ever used. The three blind mice could’ve drove a cab faster to me than these guys. -2 stars.
