I was stuck in Brooklyn last week with a stuck thermostat- I did a quick search and found Bedford nearby- they were able to get me in, fix it, and charged a very fair price. Thank you!
Went here because I had a coolant leak, turns out my radiator needed to be replaced. Jack replaced my radiator for a fair price and now I’m back on the road. These guys are awesome!!!
After waiting 25minutes at Sears Auto on Bedford without even an acknowledgement that I was a customer I left and stumbled upon this place. The outside was so clean and the staff was really courteous and prompt, I then explained I had a nail in my tire and they took it in to have a look, within the same amount of time I spent standing at Sears I had my wheel checked and serviced, you have to love places like this and support Local businesses, this place is amazing and great pricing as well. They have earned another customer!
Best customer service from both father and sun. They decent with pricing and they let you know what the problem is.
Jack is awesome. He gets the job done quickly same day turnaround when possible. Real cool people that work there with reasonable prices.
I came in today for an inspection. Jean, the mechanic who helped me, was kind to me. However, while inspecting my car, he noticed that I needed a “quart of oil.” Not once did he asked if I was ok with paying an extra fee to add in the quart of oil that he said I needed. After he was done inspected my car, which I feel wasn't checked to it's entirely, he stated that I needed to pay an additional $10.00 after paying $40 for a $37 an inspection. Keep in mind my change from the $40 wasn't given, which I said nothing to, but then he had the nerve to charge me $10 for a quart of oil which is about $5. My advice is to be careful going to any mechanic as a woman! They tend to think we do not know because we are females.
Very honest and patient technician
The best auto shop I came across in Brooklyn....these dudes represent to the fullest!...they don't lie and steal from the poor and needy and that's a blessing to find in these times....so much respect for these mechanics.
Guys did a fast and friendly job with my annual inspection. Gave good honest advice on what would need maintenance in the future and didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs. Strongly recommend.
