The worst place I've ever been to! I've gotten my brows threaded for many years, and the place I used to go to closed down and thought I'd come try this place after reading positive reviews, which by the way was misleading. I'm very particular with how I want my brows to be and the lady didn't even bother to listen to me and made my brows extra thin. Instead of apologizing she was raising her voice and being defensive. Worst attitude ever. I've never been to any place so rude and unprofessional. Do not be fooled by all the positive reviews online you see. If I could leave a '0' rating I would.
i got my eyebrows threaded here for the first time today after hearing so many good reviews and i loved them!! the lady was super nice and took her time and listened to how i wanted them. excellent price and great service. will definitely go back!

A friend of mine of mine referred me here and I was BEYOND IMPRESSED the ladies here are amazing, do an amazing job and best threading I have had ever. With the customer service, good quality and pricing this is must go to in Elk Grove Village. Amazing job ladies!!!!! :)
This place is wonderful for all kinds of treatments. I got my eyebrows threaded and upper lip waxed. Kajal did a great job. Very clean place. Can't wait to try them out for body waxing!
She is such a amazing person and hardworking. Her hardwork reflects in the best quality of her work. She carefully takes care of you and does a wonderful job. Very friendly and cooperative lets you know what's best for you. I had a hair color done from her very much satisfied. My sister always praises her for her great job on eyebrow ,upper lip and black heads removal which I think not all salon do a good job but she does.
