Been going here for years now. Husband and wife working the counter I believe. There are other women working the floor. Everyone has always been really nice and helpful. I love the calm serene spirit in there. You may visit and hear gospel music! The selection went down during Covid but things seem back to normal now.
I come here litterally every other day every single time I've bought multiple items I actually go here just for my hairdye that I keep dyed. I've never accidently broke nsything I've never been suspicious but every single time without a doubt the man behind the camera Is always watching me on the cameras.. smh it's funny cause usually I'm at the front desk looking at the roll on perfumes and right behind them is the screen monitor for the camera as I smell the perfumes to buy one I look. Ehijd me and he's watching me and only me on the camera of course businesses should always be looking but a returning paying customer ? I almost walked out eith nothing thid last time but I had no choice I will say tho it's made me very upset and they've lost business with me and around 20 other people I know go there as far as I'm concerned next time I'm in the area I'm going to tell everyone I see entering that they do this and suggest a better place (I'm a child btw for context so I can only imagine how they are with others smh disgraceful
Most of the time they have all the products my daughters need to keep there hair looking great. The best product that works for my kids hair is the Shea Moisture coconut & shine shampoo. And the curl & style milk. If you find this information helpful please like my review.
RUDE ! Do not shop at this beauty supply store because the owner has no regard for his BLACK CUSTOMERS ! He is definitely one of the ones who likes the black dollar but not the people! I will never shop there again and I advise all black people to take heed and not go to this store as well.
They told me they have a store minimum on a debit card purchase which is illegal you can only have a store minimum on credit card purchases will be reporting them to the BBB.
If you do hair or your own BEWARE ???? they are selling fake ghostbond glue! I called and she said they buy the glue wholesale (basically blaming it on their vendor) in no way taking accountability ????. Don’t buy it here, buy it on the website!!
Owner is very friendly and professional. The establishment was clean and inviting. The employee was extremely helpful. We sparked a conversation about culture because I greeted them in Korean language. It made my experience even more enjoyable.
I was in the area after showing homes as this was last minute. The location was easily identifiable via GPS. I would definitely visit this Beauty Supply Store in the future.
RUDE! Please check your receipt as they overcharge then get mad when u ask questions…. was told “ you people don’t read” . I will NOT Patronize this business anymore. Very unprofessional. Oh yeah u will be followed by the little asian lady as of your stealing. As a brown person I’m very offended as I have no reason to steal!
