I brought husband & my son to shop with me there so they can get an ideas of what I want or need at a Beauty Store. When we first arrived there the staff was very nice and accommodating. They were so helpful. They didn't make us feel uncomfortable. No pushy sales pitch or followed us around store. Infact the young lady Destiny was exceptionally helpful and she listened to my needs. The guy Dale was really friendly. Overall.. it was a wonderful experience to get the help i needed. Other stores never gave us the one on one attention we needed.
I would diffidently return & refer Beauty & Wigs to my friends & family to shop at there.
I absolutely love the store, it had such variety, and was a huge store. Idk if it was shipping day, the aisles were crowded and we had a hard time getting around the store, wasn't very wheelchair accessible. Other than that, the sales reps were very nice, Bridget helped us out today, and she was the best. I will definitely go back, but if the spacing gets fixed they'd get 5 stars.
My go-to beauty store. Great selection, staff is super helpful with no judgement (love that), and they work with you on discounts constantly. Love this place.
I love my daddy who is the owner of this beautiful, uplifted, loud especially when I arrive, satisfying, fun, great customer service, by the way...... all his employees are the best. along with his son and when they come to visit Martinsburg. Don has a beautiful spirit and he allows customers to be theirselves. Were family here and were well appreciated especially when we get freebies. Thanks for serving us Don and your family because it's great to served from family such as ures.
