The customer service is really nice, they make you feel welcomed. The down side is that they don't give you what you ask for. The first time I went I had asked for a dark purple hair color but they gave me a bright pink. The second time I went I asked for a small trim and they cut over five inches of hair. I had my hair at my waist and they cut it to my shoulders.
First time there nice service. I get my grandson and me haircut thank you.

I started coming to Katy’s salon 6 months ago and I can’t go anywhere else now. Their barber Jesus Is amazing at his job and will give you the best haircut in San Leandro.

We had a good experience coming here for their service. We brought our 2 year old son in today for a haircut and it turned out very nice. At first, the workers seemed like they were going to turn us away when we asked if they do haircuts for kids. They said no, which confused us because we read that people have gotten their kids' cuts here in other reviews. We asked again a few more times to make sure and they said yes. Although we didn't speak the same language exactly, we all understood each other. I'm so thankful for Jesus doing a great job and being careful with my son's haircut. I hope to be welcomed back again for more good experiences.
Great place to take the family to get your hair done and nails for the ladies of the fam. Even was able to cut my 17 month old sons hair ! Impressed katy , well done cuñ
