Horrible nail service. She didn’t even use cleaned/sanitized tools on my nails and she was rushing despite the place being empty. I do my nails every 3 weeks from NYC to Annapolis, I only wanted to try them because they were beside the hair place I wanted to try in the area. I showed everyone in the hair salon about my dissatisfaction. She did not even prep my nails before putting the gel polish on. Will not recommend this place just because of the service that I experienced.
Pricing was NYC price but bad service. Not worth it. I would’ve tipped more if she did a decent job.
The gentleman was very nice and attentive to what I wanted. I was a walk in and he took me back right away. Absolutely love how my nails turned out and definitely will be going back!!
I went somewhere else, supposedly got gel...it started peeling and flaking off within a week. But I came here to fix it and I LOVED the end result! I posted a pic for their page but I'll do another. Very clean very nice. Worked me right in as a walk in. Can't wait to go back! ????????
First time here, and loved it. I took my cousin for her birthday. It was perfect! We both got a gel manicure and pedicure and my nails look great. We were late for our appointment and they were very courteous to still fit us in. They took their time on our nails even while they had several other customers and I never felt rushed, but they also were very efficient with everything.
I got a mani pedi. I asked for a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure.
I got a regular Pedicure. I should have said something but figured she misunderstood and it was OK. I enjoyed the service and what was done was done right. The issues came at checkout. She tried to charge for the deluxe, which included a sugar scrub, leg and foot massage and hot towels. I got none of that and wasn't going to pay for it. I tried to express my concern about being charged for services that didn't take place and was gaslit. They mentioned having security cameras and I was happy to have them played back because I'm sure of what happened with my body. My legs and feet are covered by signage and they use a clip of my tech wiping her hands on a towel walking towards me as proof of the service.
Yeah, no, there were towels in the process but there were not hot towels on my legs or massage of my legs, sugar scrub etc. Basically everything that makes it deluxe. I don't know what caused them to choose to do this with me today or if they do it often, but I am not a bad customer and could have been a regular. I had a 20 bill for the tech as a tip alone until she lied about the service provided. I don't even understand why, and still hoping it was a misunderstanding, but extremely disappointed and what was supposed to be a relaxing treat for myself turned into an anxiety ridden nightmare.
I will never go anywhere else. I have been going here for years. Donna and Jackie are the best. Very good at what they do. I’m never disappointed. Clean salon as well. Very hygienic.
**UPDATE**
Since the pandemic, Jackie and Donna have made this nail salon top notch for sanitation and cleanliness. They have dividers between you and them with only the hand portion open, they have dividers between the chairs, and they are more than 6 ft apart, they sanitize after every customer. I definitely am happy to be able to get my nails done again and so happy I can feel safe doing so. Mask is required for entire service. Love this place and Donna and Jackie!

I have moved from the area and no longer am able to visit Donna and Jackie, however, if I was in the area and needed a mani or pedi, this is the first place that I would head to! They are awesome, and did my nails and my mothers for more than 5 years. You won't be disappointed.
Worst experience. Will never return. Donna rushes you, does a half ass job. She polished my nails so sloppy. My daughter had her toes polished with 2 designs done on her big toes. The flowers were completely different sizes one large and one small. When I politely brought it to her attention only excuses were given. Not that it could be fixed. I chose not to respond with rudeness because of my daughter being there. I paid for our services and even tipped her. When paying for a service you should not be rushed. You should leave there loving what you paid for. I hope when reading this review you will bypass this establishment for your nail care.
I had a Powder Dip (photo attached)with Donna and it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend it. I will gladly go back.
