Van is the only person I ever have do my nails, she is the ABSOLUTE best! I’ve been coming to her and this nail salon for the last 3 years and it is amazing!! Very clean, friendly staff, good prices and it is always easy to get in quickly. I couldn’t recommend this place more and ask for Van, she’s great! My nails always turn out perfectly and last for weeks❤️
This was a very disappointing manicure. I don't get them often and was really looking forward to the hand massage and cuticle trim. Unfortunately, those were the 2 things the manicurist didn't do well. The massage was treated as an afterthought while he daydreamed and stared out the window. He appeared to have little knowledge on the use of cuticle trimmers, making random snips into the dead flesh around the nail bed and not actually trimming. They're more rough now than before I went in.
He did a great job on the polish application. Though, I was surreptitiously up charged for the type of polish used. He motioned to a very specific set of colors when he told me to choose my color and I, not knowing better, picked one off a card instead of a bottle from the wall next to me and ended up paying double for a color that's going to stay on my nails longer than I want it to.
An hour and a half and $50 later this is the result. I was so embarrassed when I had to ask for a refund. They said only if they removed them could I receive a full refund. I didn’t have time to spend another 30 minutes taking them off. I received half of my money back and will never be back. It literally looks like a child did these…if you cannot give a professional manicure or apply acrylics please do not offer your services.
I decided to come here on a Sunday to treat myself with a gel pedicure and manicure. My nail tech, Anna, seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing when it came to cutting my cuticles on my toes. She was extremely slow and made me scream out twice due to the pain.
The owner who seemed to be at the desk most of the time, yelled at her to be more careful. Anna gave a very relaxing massage on my legs and feet. The stones were extremely hot and I had to tell her twice they were too hot, which she fixed with cooling water. However, they did have the OPI gel colors available, which is extremely hard to find in salons.
I usually go here to get my acrylics, but I will be going somewhere else from now on. I wanted short coffins, he said it wouldn't work, so I settled for sharp points, no biggie. Except I didn't even get those. I got squares, which I DO NOT like. It seemed like he wasn't in a very good mood, so I kept quiet, and still tipped him hoping it would make his day better. I loved going here, but this was such a bad experience I will be going to a different nail salon.
I wanted to love this place but I walked in and it was rush, rush, rush from the second I sat down. Despite the hectic pace, it took me over 2 hours to get a polish pedi and a gel manicure. They were wayyyy overbooked for the 3 people they had working. In 2 days, my toes barely have any polish left on them and my fingers look like a 12 year old did them. The gel was hardened all over my finger tips and they aren’t even filed evenly. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back. Huge waste of money and not even a relaxing experience.
totally crooked nails, jagged edges on all but a few of the nails, uneven lengths, rushed as soon as you walk in, asked for colored french tips and the design was awful. took my sister and she asked for ombré BY FAR THE WORST OMBRÉ NAILS IVE EVER SEEN.
I took my daughter (16 years old with intellectual disabilities) here to have a Mommy N Me pedicure. We were not disappointed. Michael took care of us from the moment we walked in and made us feel very welcomed. He interacted with us and made my daughter smile and laugh the entire time. We will definitely be going back.
