At first I had a hard time finding a place that I was happy and satisfied with my nails.

but I got to tell you this is the place to go. I'm very impressed! They are very clean, very respectful, always on time, & walk-ins not a long wait. I love my nails every time. I only come to this place for now on.????????

I have been here a few times and each time has been amazing. They do such a great job and are nice, professional and accommodating. This past time in particular I think are the best nails I have ever gotten and believe this place should get the recognition they deserve! The service is awesome and the nail tech always asked if I was happy with nail shape, size, color, and design before moving on. I’m so so so so happy :)

Carmen did an amazing job with my nails. Considering they were all short and breaking I almost didn’t want any color... just natural. But I had been looking forward to getting something pretty for a wedding I was attending. My gel manicure looked beautiful! I received many compliments on both my manicure and pedicure. Will definitely return there to get my nails done!

Called and asked if I should make an appointment or if I can walk in, the lady on the phone said just walk right in. I showed up there and instantly they asked if I had an appointment and I replied saying that the lady on the phone said I did not need one I could walk in. They tell me there fully booked and can’t take anyone. This should have been said on the phone instead of me driving all the way there to get refused. Your staff should communicate better, and I will never come back to this place again.

I had an appointment set 3 weeks in advance but still had to wait 30 mins or more to start. I scheduled a mani and pedi. Pedi was mediocre at best, polish was all over my skin. Then my nails mani/full set acrylic short, she didn’t prep my nails at all. I don’t expect them to last more than a week. No dehydrator and no cuticle work done before she applied the acrylic, then she tried to dig under the acrylic at my cuticles which was painful. I told her this and she just said “relax. Don’t look.” My nails don’t look how I want them but I have an event to attend tomorrow so they will have to do. Probably won’t be back. Prices are low but the service definitely matches the price. (I brought in my own color acrylic, Valentino Beauty Pure brand, they don’t have a nude that matches darker skin tones well)

Great customer service, this is the first place in Portland that knows how to do my nails the way I like ???? VERY SATISFIED, would RECOMMEND AND WILL BE COMING BACK. ????

Nails by Haan (sp?), the gentleman with a top pony tail. Mani & pedi for $37. Gotta hit this place at the right time, other wise you will be waiting a long time. It's always busy. Nails look great.
