Came here to get my nails done for a last minute event I’m attending this weekend. I usually go to my local nail tech I found on instagram (@nailedbyjuul), but I figured it was too last minute and she wouldn’t have any open spot for me. I went in to this salon with no hopes and expectations, but to at least get something simple and decent. I asked for a classic soft pink French acrylic set medium length and received this. The only good thing I can say about this set was the color is exactly what I wanted but the shape and drawing of the design is horrendous. This is why I go to licensed nail techs with their own small businesses in the area where I’d rather pay more for better quality, style and cleanliness. Not only that, the guy that did my nails cut my skin at least 4 times while filing/drilling causing me to bleed a little. There is also still a gap he left so I would come back sooner… I also felt extremely rushed during my visit and I had to tell him a couple times that the nail was too thick and to please file down more and he barely fixed it. I do not recommend this place! (The first picture is what I wanted, and the other two pictures is what I received)
The worst $55 i ever spent. i asked for square & got everything else but square. The lady cut me 3 different times & then thought i was giving her a tip
I usually go to this salon everytime I visit the poconos area it used to be great. This time I came the experience was horrible so bad that I usually don't give reviews but I got my nails done Sunday and Tuesday morning when I went to put on my socks I seen the polish already turning brown. As u can see they filed my nails crooked i told her to stop filing because she was making them to short n after I asked to fix it she caught an attitude because she could barely speak english and walked away that someone else came to help me. So I decided not to complain anymore and let them finish because I was getting so upset and the bill came out to 58$ which I understand because I got the callus treatment n they had to fix one of my toes with acrylic but this wasn't even worth 15$. My cuticles weren't even cut properly. Sad to see what use to be a great nail salon fall so low.
I gave this place 2 stars because the pedicure was amazing, just the pedicure not even my painted toes are great. I asked for this the last two are after they fixed them and they STILL aren’t great. AND I told them I still wasn’t happy and was still charged full price. 110 dollars for nails I could have and should have done myself. That’s what I’ll probably tell people until Friday when I go somewhere else and get them fixed. I paid a *hit ton of money just to look crazy. Like no.
don’t waste your time. I got a basic pedicure and they couldn’t even shape my toes even and straight. Would not recommend! Worst pedicure i have ever had
Clean and seated quickly. I got a gel pedicure that came with a 15 min massage. I would re visit. They take their time.
I was here before and they were Great! My last experience wasn’t so Great. Finally I do something for myself and it gets all messed up! My manicure was horrible! My fingers are all cut up. Didn’t cut only cuticle went up my finger! I do not want this to happen to anyone else which is why I’m saying something!Very Upset and In a little pain might I add.

Went for a simple manicure on Wednesday by Saturday I’ve got inflamed/throbbing cuticles. Now it’s Sunday and I’ve got bandaids and neosporin on my finger tips (such a cute manicure )
They are Clearly NOT properly sanitizing their instruments. Also the guy rushing through everything didn’t help the cause. Ouch!
Spend your money elsewhere
* I go somewhere else regularly and this never happens to my cuticles.
