Always love what Deanna does with my hair. She's so creative, and it's so easy to communicate with her what I want and what I don't want. Even if I don't have the words to express myself, she asks questions until she fully understands what I'm looking for.

Her shop is always clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful, and it's welcoming after a long and hectic day.

This business stacked a snow mountain next to the entrance of my residence, which melted into a nice frozen pond right at my door. We moved our car to allow the ice to melt a bit. We parked in the only space not marked with a no parking sign. The business then had our car towed. Didn't have a vehicle for 3 days since the tow company has been closed. Now I'm walking through a snowstorm across town to pay 200 bucks to get my vehicle back. Make this right, please.

Set up an appointment for my daughter and she was excited all week about her hair. They gave the appointment to somebody else and disappointed my daughter. This place will not get a $ outta me. Do you know how appointments work? They wanted to "RESCHEDULE"......HAHA. no thanks! We will spend our money elsewhere thank you. They claim that they get too many cancelations that they call and confirm the appointments, if you dont respond they cancel......garbage practice. I dont always answer my phone to unknown numbers and a heads up making the appointment would be more appreciated. Gonna see if a competitor will do a walk in for 100$ tip and leave them a 5star review.

Emily did my haircut and my 7 year old daughters haircut. She did exactly as I had wanted. We used to go to Great Clips. Not anymore!! My daughter asked to go there again soon for pink highlights. :-) We found our new salon.

This is the only place I'll ever go to get my hair done. I've referred like everyone. They truly listen and respect you, are up to date on new styles and go above and beyond. Go see Deanna or Emily. You won't be disappointed
