This store is the worst. The lighting in beauty supply stores can be tricky. I took a braided ponytail home and removed it from the box to get a better look to see if it matched my hair but it did not. I took it back, the manager said that it was not in original condition because the little plastic attachment that holds the hair to the box detached from the hair. The tags where still on the hair and I literally just took the hair out the box to put next to my hair. The hairs new, unused and I just purchased before thanksgiving!! I have just wasted money!!
I live two hours away and decided to visit several beauty supply stores. I decided to make a purchase in his store but was denied because my $5 is ripped. I thought he could have just been playing but in fact he was serious. I asked him why since it was only a slight rip and was given to me from another business that way. He just looked at me and didn't respond as if waiting for me to use another method of payment. Yes, I had other cash and cards but my purchase was less than $5. I gave the bag back and told him never mind. This is ridiculous! I've never been denied a purchase due to torn bills. It's rare that I even come across PERFECT money. I'm not sure what type of world he think he's in. I politely left.
Last minute purchase to buy hair for faux locs. The staff was friendly and helpful. I went back the next day to get a different hair color. They don't give refunds but allow exchanges or store credit. No refund on wigs!
I went in this store to check out the items, they were have an awesome sale on wigs for $5 & $10. (I brought 3 ). Found out 2 of the 3 were human hair [OMGosh]!

I don't even want to give them a 1 star, they deserve a -10 stars. DO NOT purchase any hair or wigs form this store. They sell fake hair and put it in human hair packaging. They over charge by hundreds & they refuse to work with you as far as fixing their mistakes. They me a "100 percent human hair wig" for $250 and it turned out to be synthetic. Also they put that wig in a Sister Wig box which it was no brand & when confronted about it said there was nothing they can do. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THESE PEOPLE!!!
This is the best beauty supply ever affordable high class with any and everything you need customer service is fast and they care about you here!!! High quality staff who puts you first!! They are the best in Atlanta!!!!
I went in this store on 12/20/19 with my three year old grandson to do some Christmas shopping. He started to bounce so I asked at the register could he use their bathroom. They flat out said no. I so I left and had to rush him home so he wouldn’t pee on himself. They acted like he was going to contaminate their bathroom or something That was my second and final time going in that location. For them to turn down a three year old who is about to wet himself is ridiculous.
Good prices, good sales and friendly service. Read some of the reviews where it said they were rude...... Luckily, I have not experienced that even before becoming a regular customer They definitely greet me with smiles and notice when I have not been in the store for a while.
