Wonderful shop with so many great choices. Very neat and clean. Very nice and helpful staff. The man who helped us made some great suggestions, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will go back there for sure!
I love it there been going to this place for years and Daniel is one of the best when it comes to customer service.I would recommend this location to anybody.very well stocked with supplies and great selection of hair units.

Update: All is good! Daniel called me back and I was able to exchange it for another brand at the same value. He also explained the brand I got didn't have an expiration date like the others, so it would be hard to know it was old. I really appreciate his response to the whole ordeal. I think I was just upset since I had taken my hair down and was ready to get started on it. Thank you Daniel! ????
This is my second time buying a relaxer from this store and it has been old. I would like to get a refund for it this time. The first time I just threw it away thinking it's just a bad draw, but for it to happen twice is bad business. I really hope they will do the right thing. Will update if they do.
I typically get hair products in LA cause in the valley, not too many stores cater to black hair. This little beauty supply is a perfect alternative. Most their products are aimed at the black customer and they have so many gems. From hair weaves to dye to hair tools. You’ll find everything you need. As an added bonus, it’s a short 10 min drive from my house in van nuys. Prices are pretty reasonable too. Every time I’ve been there, I end up finding/spending more than I planned to! Excellent customer service. They are very accommodating.
I love shopping here! they have somewhat fair prices..BUT every time I go to shop, for my usual supplies, the workers look at me like if I'm going to rob the place lol. It's very uncomfortable. Also the cashier lady has NO Customer Service...she has no idea about the products she sells and she just has an unemotional look on her face. The only reason i keep coming back is because I love the products, other than that I don't feel welcomed when i go.
They have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love the people who work here and the products are very inexpensive and the owner was so kind to me. A plus!!
I have now been in this store twice and the young lady who helped me after two weeks I wanted a product I had gotten previously and ruined but coukd not remember what the name of it was. She not only remembered me but walked directly over to the priduct I was searching for a said,"Here it is!" And I had boight a lot of things. I am amazed at their unbelievable customer service.
I only recently began writing reviews and that is because of tge lack of customer service. I am hoping that by letting people know of places that have exceptional customer service, such as this hidden little place, then everyone will stop rewarding rude customer service with their patronage.
