Terrible business practices and even worse is the customer experience. 100% in agreement with exactly what other people who did not have great experiences expressed overall and about the male at the register, rude and condescending to customers and appears to be threatening to the female employees. Zero stars needs to be a thing, as this would be most appropriate for this business.
If I could zero stars I would!! This store racially profiles black customers. The moment you walk in the store you’re being followed. Then you’re rushed to buy. I suggest the beauty supply next door. Not only are they black owned but you’re treated with respect.
Very terrible experience here! ive been coming for about 10 years now and ive always had a good time but this past experience i feel i was racially profiled. I was accused of shoplifted and they attemped to hold me hostage inside the store as i explained i didnt feel comfortable having my belongings be searched through ; as i had hygiene products in there. Ive never experienced like this and im very disappointed to say the least. Usually i would recommend this place but now im having second thoughts.
I went to buy me a wig and I found one they just a little pricey but they have some nice stuff and the place is clean and neat. Everything is in order and not hard to find.
They were fantastic! Especially the female cashier knew everything about all products I needed, and detailed consulting was a plus! She was a true professional even if she and her team was extremely busy so that they were running around. Things were organized neat and she was so nice. Made my day :)
Nice and clean, they are always helpful, fully stocked, and good Customer service. I've been shopping there for years. If it's something they don't have stocked the staff has ordered for me, unless the item is discontinued.
I love this place. Been shopping here and getting my Hair done here for more than 10 years. The staff is always nice knowledgeable professional and know what they’re doing. The owner is very friendly and she likes talking to the customers. She cares about her business. The merchandise they have is always revenant up-to-date and priced well. It’s black owned and I like spending my money here
They is a very racist store you go in the store and they will follow you around and act like they doing something when they really watching you then the man at the cash register will watch you until you at the register. Do not recommend!!
