Beauty Depot is one of the best stores for hair, wigs, beauty and all hair care products located in the West End Mall. The associates are most helpful and courteous. Fully stocked with all your needs. West End Mall is highly secure but most courteous. Plenty of store to shop for trending items.
That place been there at least 40 years & more, u could miss it because once u go inside of the west end mall, walk all the way in the back & u well see the beauty depot, how I know it been there that long, because any that my ages & olders, that hair place hasn't move know where, but I find that I want a wig they don't have it some I have to get something else, that why I gave them a low rating
Best Beauti shop in town an I love the mall I don't hang out there but when I do I truly go to shop
They have a great variety of products however is the cashier refused to ring up my order because she said the products that I chose did not go together and she could not ring them up unless I got matching products from the same company at which point I had to find another employee who totally disputed what she said and brought the product back to the counter and bring it up himself
Call ahead guy lied about product, just to get a sale. Mall empty.
The worst sales people.
They’re respectful, pleasant and helpful. They know what they’re doing. They’re not my go-to. After wearing a weave I take a break and take care of my natural hair. Wigs are perfect for this. I won’t go anywhere but here now.
Lots of selections to choose from. I found a lot of new products and the sales staff was very helpful. The prices will make you smile too. I will gladly return to this store again.
