Lindsey is amazing, she saved my hair! I first had gotten it done at Tropical Waves Salon by Nicole. It was the wrong color, not layered properly, and overcharged me for extensions. I then found Lindsey online and gave her a call. She helped me so much with her years of experience, nice, caring, friendly attitude. She does a great job at everything she does, she fixed my extensions styled, cut, and washed. All of the lady's at couture beauty are so friendly and respect and help each other out. The environment is lovely and has a couture, chic look. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE IN SALEM TO GO TO LINDSEY GRAHAM, SHE IS WONDERFUL!!!

Lindsey is very knowledgeable in hair product and style, she always takes excellent care of me and I leave feeling fabulous and have always enjoyed each appointment. I want to add 1 year later, from a last review, I love my color and cuts!! It's all my hair and her touch makes it fabulous!

I am so glad my friend referred me to Lindsey, my past hairstylist always did the same thing and I am not one to venture out too much with my hair. When I came to see Lindsey, she did it a little different but not too drastic and I loved it. Also, with curly hair I always had my hair cut wet, but she dry cuts it which saves me time and money on my appointments. I love how my hair feels and looks each time I see her.

Lindsey did my hair extensions and they look phenomenal! I went from a pixie to 16" extensions. My friends and family can't believe how great the extensions match my real hair. Plus, she was less than half of the cost that another salon had quoted me. Her price is fair, her work exceptional. If you are looking to get hair extensions Lindsey is your gal!

Do not waste your money. The amount of color correction I am going to have to have done is insane. They did a terrible job and when I gave them the opportunity to have a different stylist correct the color I was accused of dying it. (Without taking out the extensions?!?) I confirmed with 2 other stylists that the extensions weren't even installed properly! 2 more weeks and a real stylist can attempt to fix this disaster! For over 800 my hair should look amazing not like I threw a dead animal in my hair and added glue. (I didn't notice how bad it was until the curls fell flat, I was left with real lighting and I tried to wait it out hoping it was from toner or something as I never was shown my hair flat after install, didn't notice the poor job framing my face either) weeks of trying to hide my hair that I just had done.Very poor response, highly unprofessional. They demanded I speak to the stylist who destroyed it for another consult to correct it. Why would I want her again? Wasn't after my money back but at this point I have pictures from begining to end with their lack of wanting to assist in the situation and the blame shifting instead of doing the right thing and admitting that mistakes were definitely made and the added cost of the correction. DO NOT GO THERE! Run. Far and fast.

I have loved Couture Beauty and the ladies there for many years. Professional, Caring, Great Selection of Fabulous Independent Stylists and a wide range of talented beauty services. They care about our community and give back to worthy causes. God bless them on taking a stand for their families and the rights of we the people in providing essential services for every citizen.

Lindsey is fantastic! Super talented and gave me the most perfect hair extensions after chopping my hair off and later regretting it! So glad I found her and would (and have) recommend her to everybody!!
