I had the most amazing experience here with Ms Helga. She is definitely not a “Atlanta stylist”. I found her on Google and called her directly! She was able to get me in same day. No extra 10 commandments. I got a silk press and a hair cut. Let me tell you my hair feels amazing and I most definitely will be coming back. I attached some pictures for proof!
I had to come back and report that after 4 weeks my hair was still straight. Which kinda scared me. But after I washed it not a curl was out of place. That was soooo important to me. I love my natural curls so much so I was so glad there was no heat damage.

I had a wonderful time today at Beauty Bar Xperience! I have to admit I was a bit nervous, as I don’t let just anyone mess with my hair, but Helga put all of my fears to rest!
She created a cut and color look that’s all me and makes me hold my head high. She listened to what I wanted, took the time to see how my hair falls and made sure we went with a color that complimented me. In my years of experience, this is always the tell of a qualified stylist!
I highly recommend coming here and visiting her for a consultation. These ladies really know what they’re doing!
Helga is a seasoned licensed cosmetologist. I’ve been going to her for two years. She’s able to manage my natural hair. I always leave the salon feeling fabulous. She respects the appointment time unlike a lot of hair stylists in Atlanta. She’s the best in the industry!

Helga has been doing my hair for over 10years. I have never had a bad experience with her or her services. She is professional, courteous and knows her craft. She does not charge crazy prices even though she is worth every penny.
She is like family now but when it comes to my hair it never changes our relationship because she is honest with what is working and what isn’t and what needs to be done.

Helga is an extraordinary hair care specialist and stylist. Me and my daughter have used her on several occasions and her craft, knowledge, skills, and professionalism set her apart from so many other stylists. She is not only an outstanding stylist, but she focuses on the health of your hair as well. Both me and my daughter know we are in great hands when Helga does our hair. We always leave the salon completely satisfied and happy. She has definitely set the bar high in my book!!
TLDR- My stylist was rude, unprofessional, and did a terrible job.
I don't think I've ever had a worse experience getting my hair cut. The woman called me when I was on the way and told me she was going to be late because she was driving her child to work. Not a big deal, stuff comes up so I said no problem and just waited in the parking lot until she got there. When she got there she was on the phone for another 5 minutes, which did start to irk me because I felt like I was bothering her by being there. Then although we had discussed a wash and cut when I made the appointment she seemed annoyed that my hair needed to be washed. While she was washing it she got another phone call, answered it on speaker, and told them she was with a customer but she'd be done and go pick them up in 10 minutes. At this point I was very upset. She sat me down in the chair and although she told me to get rid of my split ends she'd need to cut off about 5 inches, she cut off about 10. She didn't shape it or anything, she just cut my curly hair in a straight line. It was so much shorter and it looked so bad and she rushed me out. I kept my hair on up dos for about 2 months until it was looking enough to get a style from someone else I didn't hate.
