This was the second time Beaufort Collision has done fantastic work on my vehicles. Deer damage the first time. Recently, I was struck by a garbage disposal truck. Both jobs are done and look fantastic. 5 stars.
I came to this business with a referral from Chevy and they did not disappoint. Mrs. Lynn and Doug have taken care of me! Professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. Through all the questions, dealing with insurance and repairing my Tahoe after hitting a deer. I recommend this place 100%.
Other driver's insurance paid....she hit me. But despite the ins co dragging their feet, whenever I went to Beaufort Collision, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Andy Marshall worked with me all through this delayed process and their folks did a absolutely outstanding job on my repairs. The 2 sisters who worked the front desk were again courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in more ways than one. In particular, after the repair work was done, they arranged to have my vehicle moved to local Jeep dealer for maintenance...where I picked it up. First rate operation all the way around!!!

Andy Marshall took wonderful care of me - from estimate, to check-in, to repairs, to follow-up. They were most timely, however the real end result was a perfect job!
They fixed my bumper as good as brand new, you could never tell that I had a problem.
Their facility is first rate. They are off Boundary St. behind Vaden Chevrolet.
While having to make an insurance claim is never fun, Andy went above and beyond to keep us updated with everything going on with my car and they did an absolutely amazing job fixing up my car. I couldn't dream of things going so smoothly and everything turning out so nicely! HIGHLY recommend them!!
I have now worked with Beaufort Collision Center twice in the past two years. In both cases everything was to my complete satisfaction. Andy is a pleasure to work with, and their work is first rate. Their yard is fenced and locked during non-business hours, work was completed by the day promised, and costs were as per estimate. I highly recommend them!
I’m very thankful for Beaufort Collision Center. I was in an accident on my way to South Carolina for vacation. My insurance company referred me here to have the repairs done while I was at the beach. Andy and the entire team did an incredible job! They went out of their way to complete the work—which was definitely NOT easy—during a short timeline, and I’m very grateful for their efforts. I understand the team stayed late and even came in during the weekend to get everything completed...what businesses offer service like that anymore? They didn’t rush through my repairs; they took the time to make sure everything was done correctly so I could travel back home safely. If you’re in need of collision repair or body work, I highly recommend Beaufort Collision Center. They will take care of you!
I had issues with my insurance company, not answering my phone calls and not communicating with me. My car had been ready for four days and the insurance company would not answer to tow it back down. All of the employees at Beaufort Collision went out of their way to help me, and get me back into my car. Even when I called them a million times with questions. Thanks so much for being so kind and helpful! You guys are all so amazing. 10/10 bring your car here!!
