Don did a great job fixing my car! There were several things that needed to be fixed. He communicated the issues along the way and went above and beyond to get me back on the road better than ever. He took photos and showed me first hand where the problems were asking how I wanted to proceed. I feel confident that I have found a dependable mechanic and would highly recommend him. The owner of the shop even came out, talked to me, and said he stood behind Don's work as well. Excellent work!

I understand better why Terwilliger is the most considered mechanic in town.
I took my car here to get a oil pan replaced and when i got my car back the next day my engine started making this loud sound. Before I took it if I wouldnt have said something was wrong with it you never would have known because it ran so smooth. Took it back and after checking it out I was told it probably was a stuck lifter and what he did had nothing to do with that. How come I had absolutely no problems with lifters before this job?? He offered toll check to make sure it was lifters for free but any work I would have to pay for. Why should I have to pay for a problem I wasnt having before I took my car there??
Replaced my catalytic converter in my vehicle and it was broke down again 20 minutes after I picked it up. Took it back and it sat in the shop for over a month. They kept saying they were behind and never would tell me when they could look at it again. Really they were just ignoring me. My vehicle sat there for a month and half with me calling over and over to ask for an update. I finally just went and got it and took it to Terwilligers where they are at least professional. Unbelievable
I was driving alone from Florida to Smokey mountains. Engine light came on in Swainsboro. They fixed my car in record time. Excellent people. Good work.

I went here to get the ac fixed on my car. The mechanic did a wonderful job and my ac blows super cold now. I will be going back to have him fix other things on my car.
