They almost know me by name now I work at the Kay Jewelers right next to this beans and brews i’m here just as much as I am at my own store. My name is Eli Garza and I approve this beans brews I am a local guide with 1.7 million views.
Been coming here for months almost daily. Only a select few make my coffee right. Recently new staff has been hired that mess up my coffee got coffee today for me to get a large and it not even be full and seems to be missing peppermint ???? please check on ur new employees and please make sure they are asking cash or card I always get the car reader thrown at me when I pay cash
I didn’t want cheese on my sandwich so I asked if it was could add some extra turkey instead of the cheese. They said it was not possible… :( sad that i had to pay extra for the turkey because you could’ve just swapped it with turkey… plus i had no avocado on my turkey swiss avocado!!!
This location has gone down hill this is now the third beans messed up my order. I ordered a croissant bacon sandwich and they gave me a sausage sandwich and it was not a croissant bread they used . And for the THIRD DAMN TIME beans did not give me HOT chai it was warm and the other times it was cold. I will not be returning. You need a better training system for new employees. What a waste of my time and money!! If I could give a ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD! place is trash.
Nice place, with nice staff, but seating is limited.
Coffee was pretty good, and the cinnamon walnut coffee cake was tasty.
The large chairs in the front are pretty comfortable, and I wish they had more seating areas.
Kennedy is my favorite employee there she is so so sweet, so so kind, puts a smile on everyone’s face and makes everything PERFECTLY. I am a picky gal when it comes to chai and this location never disappoints especially when it’s miss kennedy working. love her
I'm a diabetic and asked for there suger free options, they had a lot of suger free syrups to choose from. I got a iced coffee with sugar free hazelnut.
Very good and excellent service
Great experience. Really friendly staff who took the time to help us find a beverage that was good for us. Very clean and spacious and the coffee was pretty good too with reasonable prices. Plenty of seating as well as a drive through option.
