I ordered a caramel frappe with espresso, but there was no caramel flavor, and there wasn't any coffee at all. When I got home, I decided to remove the whipped cream because the drink was too milky, and I found a hair underneath! I've been disappointed with the quality of coffee and food at this place before, but this was the last straw. I won't be coming back. Please educate your staff and start wearing hairnets.
I love Hailey the best. She’s so sweet and really cares that you enjoy your experience in her store. You can tell she takes Beaning and Brewing seriously She whips up a cappuccino with like 70% foam. I love Beans and Brews and this location is great. Merry Christmas, ya’ll.
I have been to this location 6 or 7 times. Every single time, they have gotten something wrong. Whether it's making a drink iced instead of hot, using regular milk instead of oat milk, or not putting in extra shots. The last time I ordered a hot chai with oat milk and 2 shots of espresso. They gave me an iced chai. I let them know it was supposed to be hot, and they remade it. The new drink was a hot chai with regular milk and no espresso shots added.
I have never had consistent issues like this at any other Beans and Brews. I won't be returning to this one.
Nice, clean and welcoming! We went as a group of 4 people, each ordered and had 1 person pay. Seemed the wait was a few minutes longer than usual for your typical coffee, iced coffee or smoothie. The workers (2) apologized for the longish wait.... That's why 4 stars. Other than that great place! Super clean environment, great place to sit and visit with friends. Plenty of booths or tables. Side bar for added straws, napkins, water, ice etc.... Open on Sunday, open WiFi. The drinks we got we're tasty and worth the $$$ prices were from $3 to $7 depending on size and added extras etc... Great stop for a quick bite or coffee break. I can see why there been around for plenty of years! They know what they are doing and know how to do it, well!!
Beans & Brews in Lehi, Utah, is a hidden gem for coffee lovers. The moment I walked in, the smell of fresh coffee hit me – it was like walking into coffee heaven. The place is super cozy, with comfy chairs and a really chill vibe, perfect for hanging out or getting some work done.
But the best part? Addison, one of their employees. She’s just amazing. She remembers your name and your usual order, which is pretty cool. There was this one morning, super busy, and she was just handling everything like a pro, making sure everyone felt taken care of.
And let me tell you about this one time, a customer accidentally spilled their drink all over the floor. Addison didn't miss a beat – she cleaned it up in no time and even gave them a new drink on the house. Her coffee knowledge is top-notch too, she always knows what to recommend.
The coffee itself is great, they’ve got all sorts of choices, whether you like your coffee strong or something more fancy. And the pastries, oh man, they’re so good and always fresh.
Overall, I’d give Beans & Brews five stars, no question. It’s not just the coffee that’s awesome, but it’s people like Addison that make it really special. Definetely check it out if you’re in the area and in need of a coffee fix!
While staff is really nice and friendly, they really need more training. Quality of drinks is below average (milk is too hot, shots are not consistent, etc.)
Favorite beans! Can get busy which makes sense since it’s right by the mall but they’re always fast in the drive through & my drinks are always accurate. Teisha (I think that’s how you spell her name?), that usually works the window is especially great.
Also, every time I get a drink for my kids they always draw a cute little picture on the top that my daughter gets a kick out of.
I went in one day wanting to try out a new coffee place and I was not disappointed! One of the baristas, I think her name was Aaliyah, handed me my drink and she was supper nice! She was very attentive and made sure I didn’t need anything else. She asked about my day and complimented my earrings. 10/10 would come back based on Aaliyah’s customer service! We need more people like her, someone give this girl a raise!
