I went through the drive through, the line was long as usual which is fine, I was early in advance. I got to the window, and a girl almost gave me the wrong drink, I had to correct her. I was charged for a large, but when I got my drink, it was definitely NOT a large. I just took it and left because whatever, but tasting it now, it's AWFUL! probably the worst drink I've had from here.
Used to love this place. I still like the coffee and I’ll continue to buy it there but as for food I’m disappointed. I used to love to order the bacon, egg, and cheddar sandwich but now it’s so small, with a higher price. $18 on coffee and a sandwich ???? not worth it.
First time in a long time, they done my drink like I like it.i went to the one on 5400 South Kearns the other first time ever, and they made it exactly like I ask, my first time there. I was really expressed, my drink isn't hard I just like it really sushi, not like drinking water. I love Beans &Brew.
Every time I go into get my favorite frozen Mr B the staff are amazing with my order I ask for! Spot on every time. This location is my favorite because of the staff!!!!
The baristas were nice enough, and the place was clean and not very busy. A cozy environment to get some work done, however the B&B Chai was watered down and the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out which made me lose focus and whatever progress I had made on the work I had done after an hour+ that I was here was not saved because of it.
The girl that took my order was friendly and really nice I think her name was Ana,I really enjoyed it.
They are the most amazing girls here. I come into get my energy drink they are always friendly and serve me with a smile.
I ordered an iced dirty chai with 3 shots. When I got to the window they confirmed hot with me and I said no iced. Clearly they made my drink hot and then poured it over ice. I’ve never had a worse cup of coffee in my entire life. I am a barista and avid coffee drinker so I am no easily fooled. This photo was taken 5 minutes after I received my coffee iced completely melted. And I payed $10 for this! Disgusting
