Very grateful for the two workers who stayed open late on Sunday 5/26. They were very kind and patient as my date and I chatted for longer than we had anticipated. Thank you very kindly for being one of the only coffee establishments open late on Sunday !
Was told they can’t make a lavender london fog iced, however I have been ordering them for years. They gave me a cup of ice to compensate, but it tasted like they just put lavender in milk with no tea. There was not even the tea bag in the cup like there is supposed to be. Kinda disappointed to have paid $5 for milk with lavender flavoring.

Vehicle in front of me had to repeat there order several times at the window, as they did not take the orser correctly.
When I got to the window almost 10 minutes later and paid. Someone else came to the window and stated I had not paid. I showed her the transaction on my credit card. She then had to call someone else, who called the manager, another 5-10 minutes later, I finally received the order, but even having verified the orser was paid for, I feel like they felt I was lying, even though the person who took my payment verified it.
It appears they have no idea what is going on and it should not be this difficult to get a coffee.
Please train your people correctly!!
It’s a bit ridiculous that you charge a Uber eats markup. Why you make the drink the as yo would with a drive through or mobile order. We pay enough fees through Uber. So dumb won’t be ordering from them again.
The girl taking our order had no idea what any of the products were, she couldn’t answer any of our questions. She also had AirPods in while taking orders. It made us feel unwelcome and it created a hostile environment.
It's a hot and miss. Went today no one wise was there our drinks took forever no one ever came to greet us or give us an update they didn't even ask if we wanted Whipped cream just didn't add nothing moca frappe was gross but my revolver was a it should be just do better costume service pls
I was sitting in the bus when an old man named Bernie came up to me and told me I looked grumpy. I was annoyed at this comment because I felt like I was quite content, not mentioning the long day of classes and exams I just had. The man sat next to me and started to yap up a long story of his past. I don't quite remember what his story was about, but man it was tedious. If i could publish his story in a book, the title would be, "Bored to death: the story of the man on the bus." Anyway, I guess he bored me so much I began to saw the z's. I woke up to the man smacking my head with his newspaper. He told me if I wanted to make a difference, I'm gonna need to get my life together. He then proceeded to tell me to grab a drink at beans&brews. I thought this was an odd response, since I didn't tell him anything about my life, but I listened to him anyway. When I got there, I ordered a caramel Cielo, and it changed my life. I now have a beautiful wife, a nice paying job, and my two precious kids who I named after my biggest inspiration: beans and brew. If you wanna change your life, go to this coffee shop.
The person who served me was wonderful and super patient. She even gave me a reccommendation for next time! I got a chaicicle, its super good! Dutch Bros has nothing on you guys, I'll never go there again lol.
