BEST BEANS AND BREW! i love the assistant manager, they are so friendly and always greet me with a welcoming smile.
The drinks I always get are so yummy, sometimes I ask for surprise drinks and they always turn out so good!

I love Beans & Brews in general, but not this location. My order is always messed up, or the people behind me in line always get their drinks first (dine-in). The barista tried to tell me that the med drink that she just finished was mine, but I ordered a large one. Then she seemed put off that I corrected her. Not very friendly staff at all. I also ordered avocado toast on wheat but got sourdough, and it was barely toasted. I should have just ordered avocado bread. At this point, I'm just going to eat it because of the staff. This location is closest to my daughter's school, but I'm just going to start going to the Traverse Mountain location. They've got it all together, unlike here. Obviously, this location needs help based on reviews.
I love this beans & brews !!! The drinks are always good and come out perfect. Even during stressful and busy times, the employees are always on top of it and very kind. Food service jobs in general is always a hard, but regardless, these workers are always doing their best. I truly admire this location because of the workers and the atmosphere they create. I love coming in nearly almost everyday, & trying new drinks! Beans & Brews American Fork is my favorite!!!! Props to the manager and assistant manager, they are doing good things ????????????
WORSE SERVICE EVER! What is the point of having this place open if you don’t want to sell?? We came to this place last night at 6pm, ordered drinks, everything was going well…
Then my friend tried to order the Avocado toast and the employee Hannah told her “the toaster was off” when I asked her why it was off her response was “we usually turn it off earlier” like SERIOUSLY?? The venue was opened until 8pm. The toaster was off 2 hours before closing time ??
Employee Hannah also told us the restrooms were closed to the public and to paying customers, nobody could use them. Not even us who were sitting there for 2 hours and had already expressed our disappointment with food.
We came to a coffee shop with a food menu where no food is served past 6pm because the employees are too lazy to clean up later, and two restrooms which you can’t use for the same reason.
It is evident that offering a decent service is not a priority here.
My friend was starving, but they didn’t care. The lack of attention, customer service and intention to sell was real. You might as well close down the entire venue early and save that money you’re paying the people who “work” there. We left with the most disappointing experience.
I love Beans & Brews. The coffee they use has a really nice flavor to me. The drinks and food you can get for the prices they have are delicious and so worth it. I've gotten most of the food items there, my only advice there is if you get the avocado toast ask for waaaaay light everything bagel seasoning. I'm not sure if they salt it separately or if the everything bagel seasoning they use is super freaking salty but the 2 times I've gotten it there's been so much salt it hurts my mouth. It was almost like they'd dipped the avocado in salt???? I've had to scrape off most of the avocado both times to get the salty flavor off. The 2nd time I even asked for light seasoning and still couldn't tolerate it. I didn't think to ask if they salt it separately so my mistake I guess????????♀️ I still highly recommend this coffee shop, it's been one of my long-time go-to's, specifically this location. The staff are always courteous and efficient and always brighten my day.
Great staff, clean, I just can't with this place though. Every one of them feels like a huge "me too" event from other coffee shops. Like the idea of originality is gone and replaced with godawful commercialization. Except not in a way you appreciate.
This location has great service. They are always willing to answer any questions with patience. It helps that there are non-dairy options, so that everyone in my family can get something here. My personal favorite is the hot Mr. B's.
Bean & Brews Coffee house is a great place to come in get a cup of coffee and do some computer work and catch up with friends.
Wonderful environment, quick service.
