My dad went there today and had to wait over an hour for 3 beano burgers. The "2nd time" they put the order in, the food came 13 minutes later. Clearly the order wasn't put in the 1st time
Fun place. The staff is really friendly. Cool memorabilia on the walls. Several tv's to watch the game, which is always nice. They serve Pepsi which is always a bonus. Delicious hamburger, which tasted like it came off the grill at home, and the French dip was great!!!! All of the employees were super friendly. Thanks for making us feel welcome.
Food was horrible! Never left a place wishing I had just went to McDonald's until I ate here. The waitress barely came by never offered refills or even asked how the food was. The cheese curds was pretty good but the gizzard dinner and outlaw burger was nasty and all of it was cold and tasted like it was reheated.
Food is not very good anymore. Service is terrible most of the time. There are a few great waitresses.
We ordered 3 beano burgers, it took over an hour to bring the burgers to our table. I don't know whether to blame the kitchen or the waitress. The restaurant is trashy. The service is horrible.
