This Mexican restaurant is one of the best in town and the longest standing. It is so nice to have a family run restaurant with the customer in mind. We have been coming to the bean bandit, my whole life and truly love Margie and her spirit is still here. The food is still amazing and the chips and salsa are, always tasty! The service is good. Our waitress was the only one on the floor at the time we were there, and seemed to be handling things nicely.
I have never, had a more polite and sincere welcome, just Walking into the place. Customer Service everywhere is dying, not here. She was so unbelievably nice, the food was great, restaurant clean. I'll be back for sure, but have to say the sweet and kind lady welcoming me, server/manager/whoever, is in the right field. I wish people could get rich based off how they treat the customers, so please, give this woman a bonus. Her name is Vicky. Seriously, you want Denny's/Walmart service? Or someone bringing customers back, guaranteed? Give Vicky a Holiday bonus, immediately if not before
Another great meal! Wonderful, friendly service. The food is top notch. Best tacos in Colorado Springs, in my opinion! They had a full house tonight and still gave our family great service. 5 stars every time!!!
Best and one of the oldest Mexican food restaurants in Colorado Springs. The service is always great. My family has been coming here since the 1970's. It's remained a family favorite for 3 generations.
Stood at the host stand for 15-20 minutes after at least 3-4 servers just kept walking past me without even acknowledging my presence or saying it will be a couple minutes or anything at all. Was trying to place a Togo order but was never greeted. We love the food here but the customer service is sub par at best.
I'm a Pueblo transplant, and this place feels like home. The service is phenomenal, and the food is Pueblo style Mexican food at its finest. This is my regular Wednesday lunch spot. I love Bean Bandit!
We went here for the first time tonight on Taco Tuesday. There seemed to be just one server but man that woman was efficient. The food was GREAT. The service was awesome. And the ambiance was kitschy and perfect.
Bland is all I can say. Wait staff was fine. Hasn't changed since I was a kid except the food use to be better.
