Over priced for what you get even considering the airport location. Order the tacos for $19.99. Tacos had very small pieces of fish… not worth $19.99. Would have had better value with a fish sandwich from BK. Food tasted good, but not worth the money. Service was quick and friendly.
While you'd expect an airport to have places that are worn and showing their wear I don't expect the qty of dirt and grime in food areas and the bar. Got unlucky enough to sit next to the bar trash cans too. Which stunk. No way they clean like they are supposed to.
Be careful ordering through the app. I ordered at 11:30 and didn’t get my food when I left at 12:15 to get my plane. Inquired about it and was told they hadn’t received my order, just thought I did something wrong when ordering. It wasn’t until I was home looking at my phone that I saw the order went through at 3:41. Called the cc to dispute, but they wouldn’t credit just because I wasn’t there to pick up the food. That just doesn’t seem right to me. There is no number listed for the restaurant to put in a complaint either. Last time I’ll use my cc there.
Matt is rude. Almost to the point of spiteful. He was rude to me and the people next to me at the bar. Coming off a vacation, I was in a very cheerful and happy mood, he brought me down by his lack of customer service and attitude. Then I had to ask him for my card back and bill to sign after 10 minutes, and he gave me half a pen to sign my bill with, no ink. I had to wait again to ask him for a pen that worked. The people next to me were writing a negative review as I was leaving. He should not be in the service industry. The quessidilla was terrible. I took out the chicken and ate the tortilla just to eat something. Really unpleasant experience.
came in here around 11:30 am 5/22/24 for my husband to grab a beer before our long flight home after an amazing vacation. Both sat down at the bar when the older Caucasian lady working the bar approaches us and IMMEDIATELY says “you don’t look old enough to sit here” I chuckle and explain that I’m not having a drink, but I hand her the id anyway, and as I’m doing this, she wants to get buck and says “since you want to laugh, I’m definitely id-ing you now” and “you have to be 21 to sit here” in the most condescending tone. I could tell by the look on her face she WANTED me to be underage so she could have some type of power over me. It’s 11:30 am on a Wednesday, do you really think we’d be trying to “sneak” drinks? I could tell that’s what she wanted us to be doing so she could “catch” us. Of course after this I had some choice words because I will not be treated as such, just sitting down at a bar! Showing her my ID was never the issue, it was her IMMEDIATE terrible condescending attitude the moment we sat down, and, the way we were treated. Don’t act like a condescending b word and you won’t be called one;) Please do better! You never know what people are going through. Peace & love.
I do think this is the best sit down option in Terminal B, however that doesn’t say much in my opinion. The nachos tasted good, but the topping to chip ratio is way off. Most chips were soggy, and by the end we had no chips and tons of toppings sitting on the plate. Too expensive for what it is, a beer, a cocktail, and nachos were over $60 and we still needed to get dinner somewhere else. We were there at a very slow time in the airport, so the place was mostly empty and we had no problems with the service.
Would not be in business if there was any other restaurant in the terminal. Manager was rude as well as one of the servers, although a few were genuinely trying their hardest and being friendly. Extremely, extremely overpriced for what you get - even compared against other airport restaurants. Food was pretty good even if expensive, though I did find a few disturbing hairs in my salad.
Not even sure how to rate this service to be honest. We were rudely addressed by a pink and black haired gal and a guy who was in clean up mode. They told us the only thing that was open was the bar and if we wanted food to go to Burger King. They were clearly talking about us amongst each other. It was clearly obvious they didn’t want to serve us. Our waitress was ok but swift to get us out of there. While attempting to enjoy a drink they blasted heavy metal. I’m guessing this is their “get out, it’s clean up time” music. If there was another bar on this side of the terminal I can assure you this bar would be closed in a heartbeat due to lack of customer service.
If pink hair lady is a manager I would be finding a replacement!
