Parking for access to Morro Beach. From highway One take the highway 41 turnoff Turn west toward the ocean. Continue past the sewer co. and the RV park. At the end of the road is dirt parking with very easy access to the beach. The beach here is totally uncrowded. To the east is Morro Creek. To the east of the creek dogs are allowed on leash, to the west of the creek, dogs are not allowed. Do your best to avoid disturbing the birds. At a low tide you can walk from Morro Creek to Cayucos.

Great place to park when the rock parking lot is full. Not nearly as bumpy. Easy bike trail from the embarcadero, past the Rock, and on to this area.
Pretty great spot to park close to the beach or for a view to the Morro rock!
No overnight camping allowed.
