Long time to visit again and still a great meal. Have whatever you like. Make up a bowl and the grill staff will cook and sing while they make it. You watch and enjoy their efforts! GREAT! My creation is pictured.
Awesome place! The staff are always fantastic. Today was especially awesome because Kevin, the guy working the grill, was incredibly polite and amazing! He was incredible with cooking our food and had a smile on his face the whole time.

I visited bd Mongolian recently and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the food was disappointingly overcooked, leaving a lot to be desired in terms of taste and texture. The organization definitely needs to work on the proper cooking level. I know you can not serve raw food but they way, way over cook the food. I have been to other establishment and they cook the same food for half the time. The white rice was crunchy dry. Really over cooking the food ruined the taste completely. For this type of food, I would not go back.
On a brighter note, our server Cameron was excellent. He was friendly and attentive which made the dining experience more enjoyable, despite the culinary letdown.
We had been searching for a Mongolian restaurant for a while, and this one was perfect as we headed back to Maryland.
The Easton area is a wonderful place to spend time.
We ordered adult bowls, kid bowls, and a la carte options, and all of them were excellent.
Stopped here for lunch while shopping at Easton Town Center. We got there when they first opened so we had first pick of creating our bowls. This is a Mongolian grille so you can either order from the menu or create your own bowl by choosing from a variety of meats, veggies and sauces- whatever you can fit in your bowl. You have two options here- you can go for one bowl or the unlimited bottomless bowl. We went with the one bowl which was plenty. After you make your selections and fill your bowl you take it to one of the Mongolian chefs who will cook your food on the grille. The food here seem to be high quality and was very tasty. By the time we were finishing it got really busy so I would suggest getting here right when they open to beat the crowds and get to pick your food before it gets all picked through by the masses.
Laureen provided excellent service her sweet and kind spirit definitely made for and wonderful experience. She always checked on my table to see if we needed anything , she took excellent care of us. Even in On a holiday and when the restaurant became busy and a rude guest she remained calm and polite to all around. I hope to see her again next time I come to the restaurant. I know she will excel and all that she does in every position. Her future is bright and if you happen to sit in her section you will fill the beautiful sun rays she gives to all of her guests
Haven’t been here in years. I decide to go with orange chicken from the menu opted out of making my own bowl this time. Came with little meat and small crunches of orange chicken with no substance to it. I tried to order crab Rangoon but wanted it to come out with my entree waitress said she couldn’t do it because the cooks only speak Spanish and she wouldn’t be able to explain that to them. I just said forget it. I’ll give them another try sometime in the future but I’ll be making my owl bowl next time.
I use to love going here but every time I go, it's more expensive than the last time with no change to portion or food quality. At on point I was able to go and get two bowls and two soft drinks for about 35. The last time I went all we got were two bowls no drinks and that came up to $40. It would be worth that if they let you get a decent portion but they give you these tiny weirdly shaped bowls and its obviously so you can't get as much.
