I wanted to give you a five so bad because I really love this place. I love the concept of picking your own fresh food, your own sauces and bringing it to the stone surface with a chef's cook it. Both of the chefs were very friendly and that was the best part of the night.
It's okay very very very long time for the hostess to greet me I don't know if she was busy doing other things or what but standing at the door for 6 minutes is probably not okay. I understand they were busy however waiting that long to be even greeted was a little ridiculous. Upon sitting at my table I waited another 15 minutes to be greeted and unfortunately they do not have a liquor license and are waiting for the process. So all I had was water.
I still left a generous tip because I enjoyed the food. But I probably won't come back to this location unfortunately although I love this place.
The unlimited bowls are the best deal! Always a great place for lunch or dinner. Staff is always quick and friendly. Grill guys are the best.
Super customizable and they always have the best selection of ingredients for the make your own bowl.

Food tasted great. Dined in with a party of four people. The menu ordered items arrived fairly quickly. The make-your-own-bowl took too long to receive even though there were not many people dining in on that weekday afternoon, otherwise, the service and food were great.
First time going here! It was FANTASTIC!!! Veronica H. was simply amazing! She was so busy and they seemed short staffed but she somehow managed to never let us wait and was constantly checking on us. She made a hat for my son’s birthday even! I honestly don’t know how she did it all! They were out of vinaigrette dressing and all their alcohol, which ended up being fine for us but if you were planning on getting a drink, I would call ahead. Suggestions I have for this restaurant is to get trays so when people are standing in line with their bowls and cups of sauces as I saw at least 4 people spill stuff as they were trying to hold it all. Also, the chefs were gracious and when we requested cheese, they said they normally don’t but had some in the back and would grab some for us. Why no cheese?! The concept is very similar to Flat Top Grill which we love and with all those restaurants closing, we will definitely be making this our new favorite! Just please add cheese! 5 stars to Veronica! You ROCK girl!
Initially when we walked in, everything was great. We were seated immediately and the waiters seemed very friendly. He explained to us the process and we went to select our food and give it to the grill masters. (They have a great selection of meats and veggies. Definitely a plus.)
We ordered the pork egg roll appetizer. It tasted okay but it was extra greasy from being deep fried. When I bit into a lot of grease dripped on my chest. (Not fun)
The problem came when we were waiting extremely long to receive our food. Customers that came in after us received their food before us. Finally my husband received his food before me. But I took my food to the grill before him.
( Weird )
We had to ask three people about my food being ready and after 15 minutes my food was served. Overall the food itself was delicious, but the service could be a lot better.
Date Night! This was our first time going here. The atmosphere was pleasant. Our waitress was Paige and she made sure that we knew how everything worked. Paige was exceptional, very pleasant, and outgoing. she kept checking on us and kept us hydrated.
I will definitely be going back!!
Popped in for a late lunch on a Monday. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. We had the Potstickers, Mongolian Beef and Supreme Fried Rice. Waitress Vanessa M. also suggested the pomegranate flavored iced tea which was tasty; I usually have peach iced tea which they were out of today. Will definitely be back for the unlimited bowl! (Oh, and whoever was in charge of selecting the music did a great job!)
Very understaffed. Mediocre service. Our fried rice that we paid extra for sat on our table for 10 minutes before the rest of the food came. The fried oreos were amazing!
