I have started to see Heather as well, and my son gets his cuts with her too! I went to get JUST my hair TRIMMED & THINNED. Well my hair is 3 inches shorter, still thick & I feel like my hair was butchered. It feels like a chunk is missing in the back. I can't pull my hair up in a ponytail anymore because hair stick up everywhere. My hair was all 1 length, but not anymore. I was trying to calm down before I wrote this review but not happening.
This was my first time using this salon, the stylists were friendly, timely, helpful with suggestions on styles for my hair, very professional, and very safe in terms of dealing with the pandemic. The salon is very clean and cozy.

You can't imagine how wonderful it is to know if you need to reschedule an appointment, Beverly will work you in that week. Excellent customer service, superb color without the Charlotte prices, and down-home charm from the stylists.
Beverly is an amazing person, and even better stylist, barber, cosmotologist, etc.
Her shop has a rustic vibe, with a hipster, modern, trendy vibe.

Won't return calls trying to set an appointment. Don't expect to have your haircut start at the arranged time -- you will wait at least 10-15 minutes before being seen, which is a lot of time for folks trying to get back to work.
