Terrible service. FICTITIOUS WORK. Billy is not a man of his words. This guy pockets the insurance money and will avoid your calls. I don't comment or leave reviews, but this really impacted me. Currently I have been a technician for 17+ years. I could have done this work myself, but I trusted the body shop owner. I met Billy through a high school friend. Long story short. I got work done at Bayou City Paint & Body. My wife complains about a noise coming from the vehicle when picking up the kids. Found out the car had a loose wheel stud and over-tightened lug nuts. The vehicle is not safe to drive. So, I started looking over the work and found more issues. Parts on the vehicle still have original markings. The rim that was supposedly new was just sprayed over with original wheel weights still on it. I literally have a list of parts from the insurance and found nothing new on the vehicle. So many items that was on the repair order was not even done. The charges in labor and parts are complete lies. I have a grocery list of faults in this service. This is pathetic. I would NOT recommend anyone to his service. He will not pick up your calls and he will not reply to your messages. He's not in the shop. There's a lack of communication between manager, mechanic and owner. He will not man up to his mistakes. I have no respect and lost trust in Billy. Their screw up led me to find out what kind of a man and shop they run. Don't go to this band aid shop.

Billy the owner does NOT stand behind his work at all. The whole warranty is absolute garbage.
1967 Ford the only needed the bed sprayed red turned into a nightmare. The truck was literally towed back 3 different times and its still horrible. Shoddy bodywork, horrible orange peel and trash all over. Runs, sags, and missed areas and super bad tape lines.
1959 Cadillac respray I paid +$500 over asking price so it was perfect. 3 weeks turned into 3 months. Car was taken back again after they spent 2 days at my shop trying to "buff it out".
Came back again just as bad but took us a week to cut and polish it cause the trash and peel were so bad!
Now owner is Blocking phone calls and acting like he doesn't know who I am.
I met Billy through a friend… bottom line very friendly and very quick work… I paid out of pocket and by far the best prices around… fair and willing to work quick.. never had a problem with him answering or getting back to me… I never really leave reviews but the price and quickness of his work speaks for itself… not to mention he fixed other minor scratches and painted my whole truck … definitely recommend
Good as new, this shop does excellent work and provides a quality customer service experience. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are in need of any paint or body work.
My jeeps door looks newer then ever Mr. Lemus was able to replace and paint it within a good timeframe. Takes care of you and gives good customer service! Would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family.
Excellent customer service, quality work, attention to detail and thorough communication. The owner and his team listens to you and your concerns and promptly follows up to address your issues and needs. They care about completing the job right and not just checking off a work order and pushing you out the door. They make sure to explain the work and that you are satisfied. We were given a quote by the photos we sent. There was extra work involved, but not asked to pay additional amount! The car is a 2003 Acura and the parts were a little hard to find. However, not only was the body work done but it was painted as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work or the professionalism that we experienced ????. Thank you Bayou City for everything !!
This is such a great family business! The owner Billy and his son were great from start to finish! They were helpful, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about their customers. No bs, no run around, just quality service from great people. They kept me informed the whole step of the way while my car was being repaired and even helped me get a rental. I highly recommend this shop for any body work. My car looks like new :)
