Best WLM Reviews

This is our hotel of choice every time we come back home to visit. Nothing fancy, but everything we need, and centered in everywhere we go to while we are here. Rooms are clean and tidy, people are friendly and welcoming, and plenty of choices for a good breakfast. Thank you!
Our room was awful!
- Toilet had a moldy black ring inside it
- Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, seemed backed up
- Shower curtain looked yellowed
- Sink water pressure was so hard, it splashed everywhere when only turned on halfway, and sprayed in all different directions.
- Sink backed up and didn’t drain quick enough
- Fridge had mold on the door
- Beds were hard as rocks
- Battery was dead on the lock as soon as we got to the room (couldn’t open the door and had to wait for maintenance…at least maintenance was friendly and came quickly)
- Elevator smelled like smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking hotel
- front desk smelled horrible, like old mop water
I will definitely never stay at this hotel again!
My family went to visit family for the holidays. We decided to stay here. It was horrible! The room was extremely dirty, found nasty socks under bed, the floors wasn't vacuumed, the sink was gross, the mirror had stuff smeared upon it. I'll definitely look at something else next time!
On a road trip from Vancouver Island to Ontario, we stayed at a variety of Wyndham hotels. This Baymont was really dirty! The bathtub had tons of hair in it, the garbage wasn't taken out, and the sundry articles (e..g, toilet paper) hadn't been refreshed.||The lady at the night desk was good and helped out, but since we arrived late (with dogs), we didn't want to change rooms (not sure that was available). ||The hotel manager should make sure rooms are inspected before they are made available.
This is my 2nd time giving a Baymont place a chance, the first time was horrible (Noblesville, IN) and this was worse. I got checked in and immediately checked the room. The sink was dirty with soap residue and hair. The bathroom floor was covered in short black hairs. I wiped some of it up and brought it to the desk and asked if they could have someone come clean the room. He said no and said he can refund my money or switch rooms. To avoid having to roload my car to switch hotels, I asked to just see another room. The next room was just as bad and the light was flickering so bad it made me nauseous so I just asked if I could have some cleaner to wipe up the room I'm in. The spray bottles he gave me from the housekeeping room were not labeled so I had no idea what they actually were and the sprayers were broken. I poured a little of one on a rag to wipe the sink but it smelled so bad! I put towels on the floor to walk on and sat down for a second. I finally went to go get my money back and went to the Tru hotel down the road. I have never been to such a gross hotel and I tried to let alot of it go and just make it through the night but seriously such a waste of time!!
Michelle who handles the front desk was so incredibly nice and helpful! As soon as I told her of a concern I had she handled it right away, and was very thoughtful and gracious! She’s at the Stevensville location. Her customer service skills are outstanding!
Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean room with wonderfully hot shower & comfortable bed. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay. ||The property is in a very convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores & the Interstate.||Thankful for such a wonderful stay!||
Stayed for 2 nights. While the hotel is a little outdated, you definitely get what you pay for and more. The beds are comfy, rooms have controlled thermostat, you get a mini fridge and a microwave, it's reasonably spacious, and everything was clean and cozy. The pool was chilly, definitely not heated, but the hot tub is wonderful after taking a dip in the pool and the kids enjoyed it. The continental breakfast was awesome, we loved the make your own waffle station. This hotel was worth it for that alone lol. The lobby is a bit on the small side, but you can always take your breakfast to your room if need be. A very pleasant stay and a wonderful modest hotel for being the cheapest I could find in the area.
