Not a place I would stay at again. On the good side, the rooms and hotel was clean. Period. Walls are thin so you hear everybody in the bathroom; pillows are flat and hard; air/heat goes on about every two minutes so it's always noisy. The breakfast or lack thereof: All that was offered was biscuits and gravy and some pancakes made in a machine that were the size of a quarter, you would need to eat about 40 of them to have a serving! BUT, the most irritating thing is this, they charge your card an extra $50 for incidentals - however, there is not one single thing to spend it on. No food for sale, no water to buy, no softs drink, no bar, no sandwiches, no room service - NOTHING! So, why are they charging and extra $50, yes you get back - in a few days. So then you realize that they are padding their cash flo on your $50. Figure out how many rooms they have and times that by $50 = which they hold after you check out for a couple of days! Also, they charged our credit card for the first night 6 hours before we even arrived, we stayed 2 days, so when we checked in they charged our entire stay plus the $50. Nope, not ever again! Wyndham should be ashamed!
The hotel is right next to a highway, so you'll hear semi-trucks and loud vehicles all night. The bedding had various stains on it. There was a cockroach in my room. The hot breakfast was biscuits and gravy and a pancake machine. Okay for $70, but not worth the $150 they charge on busy weekends.

Positive: The Baymont is centrally located near downtown and Lincoln university where we had a conference. The hotel is new or newly updated and very nice. A wide selection of channels available on Cable. Internet service was easy to connect (Always use a VPN!) Negative: No complaints Negative: ""
Friendly staff, clean rooms. I do wish the breakfast selection had some whole grain options or some decent fruit. If you don’t eat eggs, dairy, or white bread there’s not much to nosh on.
After reading some reviews about the previous hotel across the street and canceling… we decided to stay here. ||Easy check in. I understand it’s not a 4-5 star hotel but the pillows could be slightly better. Walls are super thin so it was loud in the morning but it was a clean decent place to crash.
The Baymont rooms and property were clean and looked recently renovated. The staff friendly and check in quick and easy. There were a few minor problems but nothing that would keep me from staying again. Breakfast was sparse so I started my day with cereal and coffee and just skipped breakfast the second day.You’ll be ask for a 50.00 deposit at check in which I really didn’t understand but was told it would disappear and would not show on my credit card. I’ve checked my statement and haven’t found that charge. Overall a nice stay and a great rate for the area.
Extremely clean hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Elevator. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was great. Only meat was sausage in gravy for biscuits. Pancakes, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, 2 dry cereals, bagels, toast & toaster, mini cinnamon rolls, cinnamon/sugar shaker, coffee (regular & decaf in 3 different strengths), 3 juices, milk. Equal to or less expensive than most hotels in the area. We couldn't have stayed at a nicer place.
