The experience here was horrible. Outside, there is a BBQ grill sitting on top of the garbage can, pool chairs randomly outside in the parking lot, there are so many pot holes you have to drive around to not ruin your car. The Whiskey Girls bar/trailer outside was more than interesting. And, yes, it was open for business. Inside, the pool is closed and the hotel lobby was filthy. I can only imagine how the rooms were. I cancelled immediately and went to the next exit and stayed at the Hampton. Do yourself a favor. Don't stay here!
Room was disgusting they transferred us to a different room which was also disgusting. Bed sheets were not changed, toilets were dirty, mirror was dirty, bathtub was not cleaned, countertops were not washed down, floor was not vacuumed, cigarette smells in both rooms, microwave and fridge absolutely dirty. Staff told us they are having issues with housekeeping and that is unacceptable. Their pool is dirty and gross. Fitness room had two machines in there that did not work with no out of order signs. The staff genuinely looked like they did not care about their work at all. We ended up leaving and not staying there with no refund or anything. Absolutely disappointed and would not recommend. I’m honestly surprised this hotel has not been shut down due to uncleanliness.
I checked into a jacuzzi suite the shower was not cleaned the toilet was dirty the sink had hair and tooth paste in it and the jacuzzi had what looked like baby powder all over the bottom. Dirty room!
They did switch me rooms but not one with a jacuzzi that’s what I paid for!
When I checked in the counter person had his children behind the counter activating my keys for my room. The when I drove around the building to come in another entrance my keys did not open the door, so I entered when somebody opened the door for me. The keys also didn't work on my room door, so I went down to the front desk to get them fixed. The clerk scolded his daughter for not activating the keys correctly, and activated me another set. I then went up to the room, when I opened the door the room was a disgusting mess and had never been cleaned from the previous occupant. I called the desk and explained the room, he offered to move me to another room. When i asked him for an upgrade for the inconvenience, he informed me that he will refund me and I should go somewhere else. So I took my business elsewhere at 10:00 at night. I should have taken pictures and posted them. I have nothing good to say about this place. The last 3 days I have been calling to speak with the manager and keep getting told she is not there. DON'T STAY THERE!!!!!!!!!
This hotel falsely advertised it had a pool and restaurant.
Pool down.
No food except breakfast.
No vending machine.
Work out room terrible.
Priceline and main office call on this hotel.
DirectTV went down of course bad weather they said.

The guy at the counter cancelled the reservation with no questions, the only positive about the place. They should really consider hiring a cleaning crew because it is DISGUSTING! Not a little gross, like caked on nastiness. Goldfish crackers in the heater were a nice touch, guess a little snack for later.
Pretty sure it should be shut down by the health department. The sketchy loiterers in the lobby didn’t help the place either.
Firstly we were directed to the door that doesn’t open figured out the door closet to us only to see it doesn’t lock. Room was fine no duvets just sheets and a “blanket”. Pool was freezing I won’t be suprised if my kids are sick thru the rest of the holiday. There were towels and key cards in the bottom of the pool there was also a random light half in and half out of the pool. No ice machines and no one tells you just go for a walk to all the floors. And it was expensive stay at Holiday Inn. DO NOT COME HERE!
Do not stay here. I am a Diamond Wyndham member and my room was given to someone else. We get a key card to another room and someone was already in there. Mist unbelievable part is I was still charged for the room and they refuse to give refund.
