This hotel was very Clean. The rooms were clean and spacious nice breakfast in the mornings. This is my second stay here and I would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying again.
Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to family. I was able to book this last minute and change my room type in the app. Check in and out was super simple and I even got to use a pay later option.
We had never stayed there before and was really comfortable there. Every was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable!! We liked how lit up the outside area was. We will keep staying there and will definitely recommend this place!!
while our room was quite comfortable, the significant price gouging for a weekend nascar event in martinsville is really sad. service and breakfast were good. over $900 for three nights means we will not be returning...
The team at this location is wonderful! We have stayed here twice, about a year apart. Both times it was a great experience. Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. The breakfast is great! There's an amazing Mexican restaurant on the road in front of the hotel that we highly recommend too!
Our flight was delayed, so we arrived at 2:38 a.m. only to find out that our reservation had been unilaterally cancelled by the hotel without any prior attempt to confirm it. We had booked one of the rooms with points. We were charged the original confirmed price for two of the rooms and full price for the "free" room--and, as a bonus, our 15,000 Wyndham points are still missing at the time of this writing. My complaint is more with Wyndham's lack of responsiveness in resolving the issue than with the property itself. That said, it should not be my burden to babysit Wyndham to resolve an issue caused by actions beyond my control. We had a valid confirmed reservation; the property should not have cancelled it without trying to contact us beforehand. The following rankings constitute my genuine and fair assessment of our brief stay.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Everything was convenient as far as eateries, grocery stores, and gas stations.
I recently rented a room for 2 nights ,at Baymont in Eden ,was completely not satisfied with the hotel first of all appeared to nice place to stay after checking in ,went to look at the room for second and found that it wasn't fit to sleep in ,there was paper in there trash can , both beds had been sit ,on and I couldn't close the curtains , I left the hotel for a short time and went to the office to get a refund ,but lady at the service desk said she could only refund me for on night ,she told I talk to management the next day ,management said that I did all the damage to the room, and refused to give my refund for the first night I was supposed to stay ,I wouldn't recommend that that place to anyone living very unhappy about it all ,so people if u need a place to don't go because the don't fit the room or service
