the front desk was empty when I arrived. called and got someone who said they'd send someone to check me in. got to the room, and there was no power. had to call mystery person again who said they will send someone. power was eventually restored/turned on. if you love cold gravy, on cold biscuits then you'll love breakfast. once ya get past these issues, there are vagrants charging their phones and trying to bum a smoke in the stairwells. every outside access point has a rock keeping the doors open, giving one that safe and comfy feeling. glad I had "protection plan" in place. overall, I would say avoid this place unless it's the only option for you, and even then I'd say stay away.
This Hotel is a MAJOR JOKE!!!! There is never anyone at the front desk when you check in, Pool and hot tub was out of order, No towels in bathroom, no plug in bathtub, jets in Jacuzzi Did not Work, No phone in room and remote had only one battery in it and power was not on in the room and Housekeeping let's themselves in your room if you don't answer door fast enough and they keep pushing you to get out when it's time to check out and VERY RUDE. The owner is VERY RUDE AND HEARTLESS he kicks people out when they are trying to come up with rent, or if they can't pay to stay longer and He has his Staff turn off the power to the room if you don't pay or don't check out on time. The ice machine was broke and they never had any coffee or tea available all day and night. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. This place needs to be shut down ASAP! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING A ROOM HERE!!!
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE!! Where do I begin..First doesn't expect Wyndham rewards account, next you have the ALCOHOLIC house keeper that definitely DOESN'T CLEAN lives there yelling at people and cussing at children.Then Comes the DIRTY SISTER duo Doris and Tiffany working the front desk they don't even know how to operate the hotel computer... Homeless junkies live in the stairwells!! Saw a man taking a crap behind the dumpster..every hallway smells like urine and nasty.... Wyndham should take there name off this..If you ever wondered what it was like to be in a TRAP house then you should definitely check this this hole out!!
MULTIPLE MAJOR COMPLAINTS:||||1. We checked in Saturday afternoon. At 12:30AM Sunday 7/23/23, we were suddenly awoken by staff knocking at the door. This man did not introduce himself. He told us, "You do not have a reservation and you have not paid for your room." I booked this room months prior on Priceline and was made to feel so very unwelcome and unsafe by this encounter. We received a printed receipt underneath the door Monday morning before check-out, stating no balance was owed. I remain suspicious of the way this hotel is operating. I believe they might be managed improperly and making sketchy arrangements unknown to corporate leadership.||||2. Hotel room REEKED of cigarette smoke. It smelled as if we were sleeping in an ashtray. ||||3. Pets allowed inside hotel. A dog was barking almost CONTSANTLY through the night. I signed a deposit during check-in stating pets and smoking indoors were NOT ALLOWED||||4. Unkept personal belongings in rear of hotel. There was a group of trash and camping chairs that appeared to be property of a couple locals living inside the hotel. I understand staying in the hotel, but these drunk creeps were hanging outside all night and made unwanted comments to me and my girlfriend multiple times throughout our stay. She was made to very unsafe and so we no longer parked in the rear of the building.||||5. Pool advertised. The pool was empty||||We will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
So bad even the cockroaches were checking out. Told one price and charged my card a hell of ot more no one at front desk 99% of time smoke detector was not there just wiring for one . This been 3 years ago now I called there corporate office and they did nothing they just don’t care about there customers date 2024 ????
The room had no microwave, coffee pot, fridge, ice bucket, drinking glasses, only 1 washrag, pool was empty, and there were quite a few people who were actually living there, no extra blankets, the tables for breakfast were all put together
This is the second time I have gotten a room there and they gave me the same room 217 and the first time it flooded it was not bad but this time it wasted everything things I just got my son for Christmas everything it flooded from the bathroom it came out the front door and all they could do was give me sheets and shut the water off and the whole room is literally flooded to the second bed and I also have a video of me getting into my room without using my key you just push down and push up lift up and push the door and that's not safe at all and I did not know this until after I got back from the store and I had left all my valuables in there and the guy wants to blame me for destroying his room when he has a problem with the freaking plumbing and that whole building I would not rent or buy or get anything from these guys he's never there he blames you for their mistakes and their mess ups and he has one cleaning lady that deals with everything and I feel sorry for him so I'm just warning all of you tonight get a room there because it's horrible and I got some stuff and my son's wasted wet and destroyed from sewer water that came out from the toilet so just watch out when you guys go there cuz if anything happens to your stuff you'll be blamed for it.
Positive: Quiet location, nearby town Negative: Hotel staff knocked on door at 12:30AM to say I had no reservation & had not paid AFTER checking us in the previous day. Hotel staff were unhelpful and unprofessional We felt unsafe. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and had holes in wall Pets
