What an awesome place! My daughter and I were looking for somewhere to get out hair cut on short notice, I was also getting mine colored. After failing at many attempts to book an appointment, I made one at Bay City Hair Co. I am so glad I did!!! They did an incredible job, everyone there was extremely accommodating and friendly. We have found our new hair stylist!!!!

Needed a haircut before my wedding after driving in to town. Deb at Bay City Hair Co. took care of me and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. I would visit them again if I'm ever in town and need a cut.

Drove here from about an hour way and loved the haircut I received. I haddnt had my hair cut in about 5 years , after a VERY bad haircut (NOT from here) . So it was nice having someone with confidence give me a great cut!

First time going there and my son had an appt. We were ignored when we walked in, even while standing at the desk. We didnt know their process of taking appts and just wanted to let someone know that we had an appt. The whole time we were there the staff complained to each other that they were too booked with appts and didn't have time for walk-ins. Definitely will not be going there again.
