Wow old tired building but the management team here does a phenomenal job. Price is very reasonable showers are hot, TVs are new, large and many channels. The bed is comfortable the linens and towels are great and the room is cleaned to the best that an old hotel can be. Fridge is cold. This part is even better than the Fairmont, you walk out your door and there is a coffee shop in the parking lot and you are back in your room in 2 minutes with a hot coffee. Even the hedges are all trimmed. Unbelievable value that you can't appreciate by looking at the building.
Sheets and towels were clean along with the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. That's about all I can say nice about this place. It's pretty run down. Bed was a horrible spring mattress that should have been thrown away 10 years ago. Floor was filthy (thank goodness I had slippers) I put the towel down to take a shower and it was so dirty when I moved it. The floor throughout the room was very dirty and the chair was absolutely disgusting! There is NO air conditioning and the heat well, not really as you can tell by the pictures. We went to the store to get disinfect wipes to wipe everything down. If you're looking for CHEAP and something literally just to sleep and get out then sure it's ok. You can hear the traffic and the dune buggies loudly ! Again the front desk people were SUPER nice and sheets and towels were clean. I feel it could be ok if it had a coat of paint and a good scrubbing!!

In my target price range of around 60$ and actually quite nice. View of the water from the bathroom, but light and sky view from the bed. Nice tv. Took me a min to figure out the remotes. Lol
I booked via Expedia. Which in my experience is hit and miss reflecting value. It saved me around 4$ in this case.

Very outdated and old rooms. My room smelled like cigarettes and stale items. Location could be better for sure. However the service was above and beyond. It was also loud.
Positive: I stayed in two rooms, booked separately. Both had very clean and comfortable beds and the bathrooms were spotless. They have very large TVs with good programming. The staff was wonderful! Parking is right next to the room door - convenient and safe! Negative: The closet in the cheaper room was small and the carpeting was dirty, but it was comfortable. The only view was the small bathroom window. The other room had a picture window and was spacious! The only drawback was the desk chairs were both stained. Negative: ""

Giant hole in the mattress that I would sink into every single time I moved. The whole hall was the size of my suitcase. The trail of ants constantly down the shower wall. No phone or heat in the room. There was a space heater, and when I plugged it in and turned it on, it, blew out the power to the building, the front desk woman was not friendly at all. I even extended my stay, and she was completely rude. Every time I saw her.
Bay bridge is perfectly located within walking to oregon dunes.. the views from the rooms are great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean, definitely not new or high tech more vintage.. great place for the money..will stay again
