A/c went out and abs/brake light came on in my 08 F150. Bay Auto repaired both systems and now my a/c is cooling better than before and abs/brake light is out. Now I feel at ease taking my truck on my next vacation to either the Rocky Mountains or to the Smoky Mountains or out on any hot or rainy day. Final cost was exactly what was quoted.
I recently had my truck serviced, & I am happy with the excellent service provided. The staff was efficient, and the work was done promptly. The vehicle inspection received from the technician was detailed and updates on my vehicle were conveniently through text, email, and phone. I highly recommend this auto service for their professionalism and quality of work. Months later truck still running great!
I've taken my car before to Bay Auto when they were located off Ayers years and years ago. Well I started to have have problems with an older truck. My brother suggested some place off Weber. He said they were cheap well they had my truck for a little over a week and everytime my husband talked to some guys well he came out with different things and different prices. Finally I just told the guy I was picking up my truck and he charged me $200 for supposedly diagnostic (that they couldn't figure out BUT i had to pay it if i wanted my truck back) and I drove it straight to Bay Auto and within 2 days they told me exactly what was wrong n about 2 more days my truck was fixed. When I dropped off my truck I was crying feeling like I couldn't trust any mechanics because of my experience with the previous mechanic shop BUT Bay Auto really can put that trust feeling back. I should have just taken my truck to Bay Auto in the first place but cause I was trying to save alittle it really didn't happen that way. BUT FOR SURE NEXT TIME I WILL GO STRAIGHT TO BAY AUTO. They keep you informed and do excellent work. Thank you again Bay Auto and ESPECIALLY TO THE HARD WORKING MECHANICS that fixed my truck. Thank you!!!
I drive an Audi that unfortunately had some significant mechanical problems. I couldn’t find the right mechanic that could properly work on it until I went to Bay Auto. It was a bit of a long process, but in the end they worked with my warranty company and did a great job repairing my car. I would recommend them to anyone that has a foreign car because they know what they’re doing.
I dropped a car off on a Monday, with an issue that dealership was unable to resolve. Bay Auto Service resolved the issue within 24 hours! I will strongly recommend this shop.
They treated me with respect when I took my car in for replacement of water pump. And I use my extended warranty on car’s repair with no issues with them. They did the job very professional with no loose ends either. I would definitely continue to them again and definitely recommend them to others customer for their auto services.
Don't even know where to begin Tim and Jason are AWESOME. Jason, Tim amd the team all have great customer service and great pricing. I had been needing to write this but had been so busy but this happen at the end of last year and after all the work the truck has been running great. I had a problem with my truck and Tim said bring it in today, I said WOW cause a lot of shops would tell you they would schedule you in. I took my truck in and come to find out it was a lot worst then I thought but they kept me updated every part of the way almost couple times a week if it wasn't a call it was a text and I really liked how they kept in touch. The most important part is they did all the work in communicating with my warranty the whole time the truck was there and it was back and forth with multiple calls everyday or every other day dealing with the warranty but they did all the work and would just let me know what was going on. Jason from Bay Auto can't thank him enough and they have a customer for life with all my vehicles.
Friendly, really great crew! Surprisingly able to repair my Navi, highly recommend Bay Auto.
