Worst service I've ever received!!!! I came in last Thursday (2/28) to get an estimate for some damage on my Mini Cooper. Arthur promised to send me the quote via email the same day but DID NOT. We spoke multiple times since then and he kept on saying "10 minutes" and I'll have it. It's now Thursday (3/7) and still nothing.
What a waste of a day and time! I'd never recommend anyone to this shop!!!! Terrebile experience.
Bauer Auto Body accepted payment in full and promised completion of body work on my car by Tuesday, April 17. Without any contact or explanation, the car is still not completed one week later and Arthur and Kirin (Owners) told me they have bigger jobs and they'll finish when they can. They are a week late with no contract or warranty. Terrible service.
