Best auto recycling place in the Pittsburgh area! Very sad that they are not around anymore
Called everywhere I needed two rims my vehicle was at tire store on rack they were very helpful and had them the next day. Very professional and pleasant to deal with highly recommended.
I have used Battaglia Auto for a variety of my auto needs, including salvage, salvage parts, referrals for auto mechanics to do repair, and auto purchasing as well. I recommend them without reservation since I have worked with them for several years. They have consistently met my needs, and they somehow keep a smile and a kind remark all the while they answer phones, take care of customers and do business. I cannot say enough about this business, and Butch Battaglia himself, along with Mike, who are always ready and able to step in and assist you with your needs. If you're salvaging your vehicle be prepared to get a written check. Hand written checks will not be cashed by 3rd parties, like Walmart. Try requesting a typed check. I'm not sure if they'll do it, but they do pay decent for your beat ride.
Do you do refunds ? Because I bought a part from here they told me to make sure that I got the right part in which I did but it didn’t work a week even so it wasnt my screw up it was there’s so I had to unfortunately spend more money on a new one when the 50$ I spent on that one could have went to a the newer one somewhere else.
I called about a window for my truck door. The phone was answered, i explained what i was looking for, and i spent the next 8 minutes listening to the employees argue, cuss and discuss other matters.
No professionalism
Said no to my Shepherd service dog walking with me around a junkyard. yes a junkyard of all places. Just needed a few bolts. They asked if I could leave him in the car it is 85 degrees outside. No.. Will not return.
And me and my family have been going there for years that's where we go when we want something and they've always accommodated me and their prices are fair hey I've called around and I always went back to battaglia good job guys ????????
